I used to always say the McDonald's on Garner road was the best but after the experience I had I'll have to say they are far from it Very disappointed . Had to tell order 4 times cause the guy was to busy talking to another employee. Finally got my food and my six-year-old a happy meal.. Got it in the car checked it out and my daughters was wrong. I gave it back to him, made me pull up I ate my whole meal then went in and still had to wait on her food. Hope it gets better if I try again.... Drive thru
Its McDonalds! They get the order right 9 out of 10 times in this location. Much better than most in the area.
Firs you give me a biscuit with no biscuit now you give me this dried out cut in half chicken. Remolded the store should have retrained your employees.
This McDonald's used to get my order right swiftly. This time I was asked to pulled up to a drive thru waiting space and after 15 minutes of waiting for two fries seeing other orders go out, I give my receipt to the person that brought me the wrong order. Then I had to wait ten more minutes because this employee tossed out my receipt before my order was delivered and I asked the manager for a refund just as another customer with a larger order pulled off got he with no fries at all, the rest of the food was cold so they asked for a refund but she left off an item. I will never go back.
As with most places these days they were understaffed but they did their best to satisfy everyone. My simple order was correct but served without any smiles.
What an embarrassment. Why remodel when you still have trash working your food line? Horrible customer service. Piss poor drive through. Dont waste your time or money folks.
Stopped in for a breakfast burrito, have to enter the order in the kiosk myself. Get in line and a person behind the counter tells me, that they don't have the ingredients for the burritos and asks what else i would like."Well, I want my refund. "Had to call someone for help to do that.Well, late for work and no breakfast.
Always fast and fresh. They have been remodeling this specific location and they are still doing a great job!
This McDonald’s is always slow and everyone usually has attitudes. I was in here the night before getting food just to watch them pull every single car to be number one on speed of service. Then they were yelling and cussing because they were confused on what order went to what car.
They don't wear hairnets very disrespectful the young boy wants to fuss with you and have an attitude. I will not fuss with anyone that makes $7.25 that's the hood and a hood McDonald's that needs to be closed down. Ppl coughing and they are touching stuff and making ppl foods and drinks. Nooooo
