Yall's I've driven past this place so many times and it never looks busy so I'm always finding somewhere else to go. So today we decided to go check it out! Guys this place does NOT Disappoint!!! We got the club and it was so fresh and the flavors were delicious. Their blackberry sweet tea & lemonade was so refreshing on this hot day. If you're even in the area I would highly recommend it. It's definitely going on our favorites list!!! ?
Me and my husband have gone here for years. Do NOT eat here. I know it’s McAlister’s, but do NOT eat here. Please. I’m begging. Me and my husband both had food poisoning a few hours later after consuming this food. The reviews are accurate in stating “the meat is terrible”. There are so many other restaurants to choose from than this one. If you aren’t sure of where to go, let me know and I will gladly point you in the opposite direction of this place. I’ve never had food poisoning, and if I had an enemy I wouldn’t wish it on them. It may sound easy to get rid of food poisoning, but it’s not. It’s awful. Please take my word and know that you aren’t being served fresh food here. This place hires the worst of the worst. They are rude, unprofessional, and if you come across a nice person, they don’t stay - most likely because they are too nice. I am really disappointed with how food service has dwindled down over the years. Do not do not do not eat here. Stop giving the place a reason to run their business.
Love their menu options and every time I try something new, it never disappoints .. the McAlister's app needs to be fixed though because every time I get on there to order ahead it never goes through. Love the rewards on there though!
We eat from Spartanburg McAlister's at least once per week. I always get the choose 2. The sandwiches are great, but I LOVE the Savannah Chopped Salad. Always fresh and delicious. My son likes McAlisters tea, so I grab him a gallon weekly. I always order online and by the time I get there its always ready with no wait, handed to me by a friendly face each visit.
I have always ordered from this place and I always went back regardless of them raising their prices but lately the service has gotten worse. Today I ordered a potato and salad, I got no dressing or butter and my potato was under cooked and was not tasteful at all. Not to mention I just got a new fridge and have no condiments and had to eat my salad dry. This is unacceptable the employees who prepare the food need better training.
I was really disappointed because I thought this place would be much better.The quality of their meat on their sandwiches isn’t good.The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because the employees were nice.We wont be back.
Ordered a curbside order- half a sandwich, soup, and chips. I waited 45 minutes in curbside parking. I checked in and called. Still waited. When I called the second time, they asked why I didn’t check in. Lol. The food came out- missing chips. Sandwich and soup were cold and completely gross. Waste of time and money. What a shame!!!
Had a great lunch just as good at their deli in Mooresville; this one is close to home ,we will be back
The deli sandwiches were delicious. The service was friendly, and fast. Their sweet tea is really good, I recommend trying with the fruit puree
I have rarely been so disgusted.Firstly let me say the STAFF AT THE COUNTER WAS GREAT. They were all friendly, efficient, and clean. I ordered my food from a wonderful cashier, went to the bathroom, and then unfortunately had to cancel my order.Now, the bathroom wasn't the disgusting part. It wasn't up to MY standards for a place I'll eat at, and that's why I went to get my refund. This certainly falls on whomever manages or owns this location because the entire bathroom needs to be redone. New caulking at the very least.I would have just gotten my refund (still waiting for it), but as I waited for it a lady (presumably a manager or owner) came out of the kitchen and caught my attention... and this is where things get disgusting. Not only was she wearing very obviously dirty and dingy LOUNGEWEAR, her sweatpants were rolled up to reveal her FLIP FLOP SANDALS. That's right, as I waited for my refund from the kind, courteous, and clean cashiers, some lady wearing sweats, with a drink in her hand she was obviously enjoying in the kitchen, AND FLIP FLOPS ON HER FEET, CAME FROM THE KITCHEN! I couldn't believe it! She might as well have been barefoot back there. I have never and will never eat here. I don't know who would after reading this. I'm going to report them elsewhere because this is simply unsanitary and absolutely unfair to the people eating there. I regret not bringing it to the attention of the diners eating that day. I hate to give one star because the cashiers really were great, but the nearly-bare feet coming out of the kitchen really earned this place zero stars.
