The worst customer service I think I've ever received. Called the order in.. employee answered the phone with "what do you need" I'd like to place an order pick up..after a minute or two of Silence..employee "Well are you going to order" I replied yes and placed my order...employee "that it" I replied yes...then he hung the phone up on me no total, no time frame, and definitely no thank you....we ordered pizza elsewhere and want order from here again....if you order from here good luck
We were tired after a long drive and just wanted to kick back and relax! We decided a pizza and crazy bread would be the perfect dinner so we ordered delivery from Marco’s. The service was excellent and the pizza (a delux!) was even better! It arrived on time, very hot and fresh, and was delicious. Hats off to Marco’s!!!
They have the most rude staff. When you call to make a complaint they don't try to fix the problem. One got smart with me! Then my pizza was supposed to be thin crust with light sauce. It was thin crust and burnt. They had put so much sauce on it. I also ordered eight chicken wings only received seven of them. When told the manager about that he said what you want me to do with a attitude. I don't get how someone can get mad about your money you spending with them. I will never ever buy anything from them again. This is the third time happening to me. I gave them the benefit of a doubt but it's too much. Don't hire people who don't want to do their jobs correctly. The delivery driver always tries to.make you give him a tip after you put no tip on the paper.
I would not reccomend this place to a hungry dog..I called to place an order...and they kept picking the phone up and hanging it right back up...I called like 25 times on 2/18/2023 @1030pm...So unprofessional and corporate needs to told about this..disgusting place and workers
Marcos has good pizza. If you are tired of those other chains, you'll enjoy switching things up with Marcos. Pizza was ready fast and is always delicious. Customer service at this location could be improved, but wasn't a bad experience.
We ordered online from Marcos tonight and our large pizzas were excellent....just exactly what we expected. Our pizzas were almost to the minute available for pickup at the time they specified. The crust is not too thin or too thick...it's just right. Plenty of cheese, and the options ordered were perfectly apportioned. I commend the team at Marcos as we will be ordering from them in the future every time!
I called this place asking about an error in my order. I was charged 38.30 and I got my receipt and the total was 27.11. And when I called they kept answering and hanging up. They did this 2 times now and it’s annoying when your putting your money towards them and this is how they treat you..
I just want to say thank you to all the team members who showed up tonight! This was the fastest service I have received for an online order in a long time! Not to mention the food was delicious!Thank you to everyone who helped make this happen!
WORST MARCO'S EVER!!! This last time was terrible. I ordered a big cheese, pepperoni magnifico, and cinna squares. The only thing right, was the big cheese. The pepperoni magnifico only had regular pepperoni, and a small amount at that, and no icing for the cinna squares. I called and the manager said he would retire, but it never arrived. I waited for over 2 hours. Then when I called near 10pm, they just kept picking up and hanging up the phone. Never going here again.
This was a terrible place I simply ordered a all meat pizza with jalapeño on one side to get there and have my pizza completely covered with jalapeños! the manager there on night shift refused to remake my pizza the workers there were nice at check out but when he asked the manager to remake the pizza he refused to make it over he only offered me a refund instead of remaking my order correctly so I took my business elsewhere I have a big following base and I will be notifying everyone of the terrible service I received today 01/15/2022 please do not go here they will mess up your order even when the receipt says the correct order and refuse to remake it giving smart remarks about it remaking it
