Hot as hell in there tonight. 7-29-2022. We stopped in to eat and the heat inside was horrendous!! We ordered and couldn't eat it for the heat inside. It was cooler outside. Asked the staff about the air conditioning. Waitress told us that the air conditioner is not working properly and it has been this way over a week. No one has come out to fix it. Asked manager to adjust the thermostat that was set on 80* and he just looked at us. People were leaving. People standing in line to be seated and left as well. Too hot in there to eat.
got a chicken chimichanga and it was the most horrid thing i could’ve ate. the wrap tasted disgustingly old ? and the chicken gave me and my girlfriend really bad stomach aches until the next day. the food overall just seemed old and not fresh. the rice also tasted stale and old. really horrible experience for me.
Have visited this restaurant multiple times. Just done giving this restaurant a chance. It seems an imposition each time we visit to have a server that actually cares. Rude and unfriendly each visit. Will not return. Can spend my hard earned dollars elsewhere that will value the customer.
My wife loves it. I like the salsa, but I am not a Mexican food fan. So if you like mexican food, my wife says it is great. Good service, clean, reasonably priced and most importantly, good drinks.
For years this has been my absolute favorite place to eat. I love the food and the service and the staff and prices. Highly recommend!!!
Pretty authentic tasting Mexican food with a cool salsa bar and large portions!
It was good. They satisfy pretty much anything you can imagine from a small Mexican restaurant. My only issue is there too busy or staff to keep up in a timely Manor. Expect to wait over 40 minutes to get your meal if they're busy. This is why I rate four stars instead of five because when I go it's usually for my meal while I'm on break for work and time is a huge Factor in deciding which restaurant to choose.
Our server (Jessica) dumped our pitcher of margaritas onto the table. Then proceeded to tell us there wasn't a "rag" to clean the table...so we changed tables. The bus-person came to clean the dirty table, dropped his cleaning cloth on the floor, picked it up and continued to clean tables with the dirty rag. (3 more tables). Completely unacceptable. Jessica would NOT make eye contact after the margarita spill. We spoke with the manager but I feel he couldn't have cared less...he wanted me to talk softly so other customers couldn't hear our conversation.
I'm pretty sure I got food poison from this place. I use to love eating here but something has changed it doesn't taste the same and the last 2 to 3 times I got sick after eating here. Me and my mom went soon as they opened yesterday and both ordered something similar. After eating we went to Walmart and by time we left both of us was feeling horrible. I threw up soon as I got home (I live 5m away) so I started feeling a little better but when I ate dinner later I threw that up too. My mama didn't eat nothing else that day and was still throwing up all night. Next morning I was just feeling blah. My mom too. We both took nasua and vomiting pills I had left over from pregnancy and we stopped throwing up. Idk about her but my stomach has been sour all day and I have been running to the bathroom on and off. Pretty sure that was my last time eating there.
We have been regulars at Los Mexicanos since it’s opening on East Main . On Sunday Feb 13 we ate there and not one person was a familiar face . The service was terrible and the food was not much better. Got our orders wrong . Brought my wrong order plate back to me after they had taken it back to kitchen. Told my Wife she could no longer order lunch size portion for Dinner . Very Disappointing. I sure hope it’s just a bad day . Maybe owners were taking the day off to watch the Super Bowl. If not , I’ll not eat there again
