Called and got on the waitlist she told me that it would be 30 minutes. When we got there she added another hour to those 30 minutes. Once my party of five all got to the restaurant we were then told that they would have us a table in two minutes after those two minutes became another 30 minutes then we finally got a table no waitress appeared to show up to take our drink order or anything for 10 minutes I called for the manager and all the severs were just standing there looking at us. Once the man came over he acted as if we owed him something he took our drink orders and never brought them back and once that happened we felt totally unwanted and told the host to drink the drinks himself and we left.
Our experience tonight was one of the best dining out experiences I have had in a little bit. The service, our waitress was amazing, and the food was legit great. Me and my friend both got the 12 Oz NY Strip and it was cooked perfect and tasted great. Thank you!!
Was told a 25-30 minute wait..ended up waiting for nearly an hour. My friend ordered a salad, which had a FLY in it. I ordered the ribeye Medium well, and it came out Medium-Rare and was even almost rare in some parts. Upon speaking with a passing by manager we were told that we would receive a 10% discount. Which barely did anything to the bill.The server was decent, seemed like he was upset but he did have them cook my steak more and gave me a side of Mac n cheese, although the steak was burnt to a crisp on one side.Factoring in the long wait, the literal biohazard in the food and my almost rare steak, I will probably not be coming back here. I also do not recommend anyone else coming here unless it’s a last resort.;
We really enjoy visiting longhorn!! Our steaks have been cooked excellent each time. My lady was really upset again, being longhorn has discontinued that dessert the Chocolate Stampede!! YES, she was really looking forward to getting that cake again, lol, I had to laugh at her!! Our wait time was really long being it was Valentine's day, we didn't mind the wait!! As usual, the meal was really good!!!
Generally our family loves Longhorns. We just moved to town and we're excited to come here. However, we were disappointed. The steaks were not done enough when we got them the first time, they were to rare. We sent them back. When they arrived again, the outside was charred, they were tough and dry. All else was fine. We will try again, they deserve a second chance.
Visited with my wife on 2.3.22, had some steak, mine 20oz was ok, her 12oz didn't have any grill marks, tasted like onions, most likely fryed on a skillet right after onions... got chicken wings to go, and this takes the cake!!!! Chicken hair on em haven't been burned off!!! Disgusting!!! Never coming back, and don't recommend to anyone!!! Pictures attached...
We had a short wait of about 15 minutes before we were seated. Once seated, a server came to our table within 5 minutes. The server was courteous and professional and attentive to our individual orders. I had a half rack of ribs and they fell off the bone. I literally ate them with a fork. I only picked up the rib to clean the bone. My baked potato was cooked to perfection. The overall atmosphere was very good. The only reason this rating is not five stars is because there was a group with about 12 people right beside us.
I came to Longhorn mid-December, mid-week to grab a steak before work. The lot was full so I expected a wait or to go somewhere else but I walked up and was seated within a minute, and served my dinner within 15 minutes. The restaurant was packed with holiday shoppers but service did not lack. The food was the standard Longhorn steak, salad and sweet potato. All were good. I would recommend for anyone looking for a good steak.
Always a great steak and a fair price at this Longhorn. Staff have always been well trained, professional, and pleasant. Getting hungry again just writing this review! :-)
I ordered the New York strip medium. Steak came out medium well but overlooked because I was hungry. What I can’t overlook is my New York had as much fat as a ribeye. It was tougher than an older boot. Shook the table trying to cut into it. Also no seasoning. I committed to sin and used a1. Still didn’t help. I left half the steak on my plate. First time I have ever done that in any steakhouse. Avoid this place. Best part of my dinner was the Mac n cheese.
