Very bad customer service from lady at drive-through ( big heavy lady) as much as you try to be nice she carries an attitude, for no reason then she says in a sarcastic voice, have a nice day. Lol after her rotten attitude she needs a reminder of what customer service is. Smh plus you order and they forget half your order. Then you can’t go in and tell them because it’s closed inside and drive through line is long. Smh
It was good, fresh food cooked to order. The A&W root beer was really good, best A&W I've had in a while. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that their smoking area is right at the door so you have to walk through the smoke. An employee was out there when we got there then when we left. I don't care if you have to be in sight of the register for people coming in. Stop smoking. Move the smoking area and it'll be 5 stars from me.
Food was hot. But very greasey. For some reason they were closing at 7pm the night we stopped. They forgot to put the chili and cheese I asked for on my fries. Even the hush puppies were greasey. Over all not satisfied. I went back this past Sunday on mothers day as this is where my wife wanted to eat. They only had drive thru open. Dining in was closed!! This has definitely made me not want to eat here ever again.

Went to this location even though had problems in the past thought they were resolved, I have an elderly that lives with me my mother she loves the popcorn shrimp and the fish was told in the past they would accommodate that but tonight was told no so I had to order everything separately. On top of that the whoever the young lady was on the speaker seem like she was in a rush and was extremely rude didn't even repeat my order to me just told me the total. At the end pull up to the window there was a young gentleman it took roughly about 25 minutes to get there but he was polite he was extremely nice and that I appreciate.
High priced box of grease. Especially the hush puppies,. $10+ for a meal, which is reasonable. But doesn’t come with drinks, so an extra $5 for drinks. $30+ for 2 people. Not enough sauce either. Only good thing was fast service, and ppl weren’t rude.
For was yummy but the wait was about 25 minutes to get some food. U don't think 25 minutes in a drive thru when u think fast did, so that was a little disheartening. Otherwise it was ?
Must have a new staff. My service was prompt, order correct, and the young lady at the window was very personable.The best service I've had at this location in a long time.Food was also hot and fresh.
