Don't know if this place went through management change or what. But today the atmosphere was friendly, the service was with out a doubt; phenomenal. The food was better than it has ever been. This establishment has the best coleslaw and hush puppies.So come down and say hi to Pat, she is over the top and makes you feel at home.
Anytime I find a Long John Silver's I need to get crab cakes, they were fresh and hot and the drive-thru lady was awesome
I havent been here in a long time and mom wanted to go. Everything was just a little too greasy on this visit, the chicken, fish, huspuppies and fries. In the past it hasn't been that bad. Not being too hard on them because Covid made it hard to find good help. We will give them another try in a few months.
Food looked like a picture. And taste just as good! Great service great food. Didnt wait at the window two minutes. What more can you ask?

You know since the covid pandemic hit us nothing is as it once was. The food at this location is just so so and I frequented this spot a lot prior to the pandemic. Just not the same. Fish was cold and clams were like rubber.
Customer service goes above the norm!! Rarely do you get someone at a drive thru that has any type of pleasant attitude. I wish I knew her name but she was absolutely amazing!! I hope the manager sees this and she is given a raise for her outstanding customer service. We were there on December 2 about 4:45
This place has a bunch of lazy people working here I placed an order almost an hour ago and I'm still waiting on them to confirm the order. I called door dash they don't have the order details I try calling the store and no one answers. I guess welcome to Spartanburg. Nothing but lazy people.
Great place for fish n chips and if your looking for a quick lite lunch try the fish taco! Delicious!
