The employees are lazy and are in no hurry to serve anyone. I pulled up to the drive through and the girl looking at her cell phone decided to graciously come to the window. I ordered a hot and ready pepperoni at 5:19 pm and she tells me they only have 2 cheese and pepperoni will be a 10 minute wait. Seriously?! It’s around dinner time people! Why are the employees not making sure the hot and readies are stocked?? It’s called losing money every time you don’t have what the customer wants. Customer service is a thing of the past as well as fast and friendly service. Decided to go give my money to another establishment.
Great staff! They always get my order right. And they do it in a timely fashion. You can't ask for more than that and I frequently the place three times a week or more spot on every time
