Fancy fancy they gave me a buzzer! I went through the drive through expecting to get hot and ready. It wasn’t ready which was fine with me because they were polite. They gave me a buzzer while I sat in the car. The wait time wasn’t that long and the food was hot when I got it. And oh my goodness their Italian cheesy bread is to DIE for!!
Went in tonight 6-10-22 to pick up my order in the machine. Ordered from home. Put in code and the door opened. My order was in the one below instead. I asked the lady to get the manager to fix it she said they both should open bc it’s the same. Whe I told her it wasn’t she grabbed my order and threw it across the counter to me and walked back to the back. She was a young lady with blue dreads in her hair. Very unprofessional with someone with authority. This needs to be address if she can not handle pressure on a busy night and throwing peoples food across the counter
Will never frequent a Little Caesars again. You can Thank employee Ja Shaun ( manager did not give me his last name) for that. Got a refund after being cussed out because they asked me to pull up and walk in to get what I ordered. Told em I couldn't do that. I am not able to walk in to get it. Not that I got a chance to even tell them that. I was everything but a child of God with my kid in there listening to it. I'm assuming it was a manager who came and gave me my refund. She was of the same opinion as him without asking me anything about why I did not want to pull up. She had to literally push him back because Ja Shaun did not like the fact I asked for his name to make a complaint and lunged at me. The "manager" said the drive thru is for pick up orders only. I have never seen one thing posted anywhere on a sign at the drive thru that says that. Ja Shaun never once told me that before he took my order or my money. Why did he even take an order if you could only do pick up orders at the window. Instead of assuming I just didnt wanna pull over with the other 10ish cars they had waiting and start yelling a cussing me out, maybe you should of let me finish my sentence first. I hope they both get fired. I am owed more than a refund for all that happening for no reason in front of my kid. I would give zero stars if I could.
Just kids working. had me waiting 1 hour to get two pizza’s (WITHOUT NO GLOVE PRE MADE PIZZA) lobby was closed, pizza was cold Not recommended

I order 5 meat pizza extra cheese and it was cooked perfectly and the lady in the window assured my order was correct and the cooks did a great job thanks so much

Pizza was hot and fresh but had to wait extra long to pick up plus i order the half and half pizza which was 7.63 but it didn't come with the crazy sauce and the guy said that was extra. I believe it should come with it.
This place has gotten worse about making pizaas! I ordered multiple pizzas waited on them and its just rude not to even cut a pizza correctly. One half of these pizzas are brown orange and hard. Looks like someone sat a cup on it! This is not the first time I have gotten a refund. First time making a review on it. The manager Maya hung up on me in the middle of reporting this issue to her. I have a right to call and complain about my food that I paid for when you are im charge of ensuring customer satisfactory considering you are one of the managers.
