Krispy Kreme has always been a great place to go. The one thing that needs great improvement is their app. You can't order most of the doughnuts that they have which is kinda stupid. Plus the sizes too. Can't order a half dozen of the kind you want. Have to go in store for that. Their app seems to be what one would be first coming out way back when. Needs to be completely updated or what's the purpose of having it in the first place. Get that together and then 5 star for sure.
THIS IS THE WORST KRISPY KREME I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO! Do not waste your time here unless you like to eat old hard doughnuts. I have attempted on several different occasions to purchased doughnuts and they always hand me some old nasty doughnuts and I immediately ask for a refund. The employees are rude as well when you point it out to them. I have even went when the HOT sign is on in hopes of getting some fresh doughnuts and I get handed cold old nasty ones that has been made from god knows when. I will never be back and will try to warn as many people as possible not to eat here as well.
I come every single Sunday since I moved back to SC in 2014. The customer service has gone down MAJORLY! I’m just gonna blame the employment issue. But all the younger employees are working the drive thru with ear buds in and get your order wrong all the time. And my husband just called to see if they’re opened on Easter and the man replied”welp we are 24/7 everyyyy dayyyy so I’m guessing we’re opened”??? but donuts can’t be beat

Best doughnuts ever. They have been around since I was a little girl in my town of Spartanburg. No other doughnut could ever compare to Krispy Kreme
Okay, I am temporarily unable to get around. Tore my Achilles’ tendon playing soccer less than a week ago still swollen. I am non weight baring so I have crutches.Anyways, I was getting donuts for the workers at NCG Cinema. I go through the drive through and listen to the buy one get one donuts dozen voice over through the drive thru. I tell them I would like that special. The employee in the drive thru seemed confused. I get to the window and they hand me 1 assorted box of donuts. I paid ~$17 for 1 set of donuts and 2 small drinks. I asked if I had another box and handed the receipt. If I told you at the drive thru that I needed 2 boxes of donuts. Couldn’t the employee just explain that to me and add it? I would have paid for it. I needed it regardless. Then they have a sign on the drive thru window where they can’t add to the order at the window. The line was wrapped around the building so I was forced to come inside after just waiting in the long drive thru once. I came in to pay another $8 for glazed donuts. The donuts weren’t hot they weren’t even warm. No one tried to open the door on my way in our out. Not even fellow other humans. But It’s okay. Black female, used to it. When I was able bodied, I open the door for anyone, male, female able bodied and disabled.On my way out, I almost dropped my donut box. I doubted that the staff would have provided me with a new box. I am astounded the amount of people that do not help when they see someone struggling. What a sad world we live in. On a Sunday on the lords day.If I fell who do you think would have been liable for damages.The saddest part about all of this is that I had horrible service at IHOP as well. I waited for 40 min and called twice and walked inside for food there. My food was cold. I paid $24 for cold food that wasn’t even good. So all and all horrible day.
Terrible service at the drive thru tonight (March 13)around 7:30. They were out of many (including regular glazed) donuts and the girl at the drive thru was so rude it was a little shocking. I got a mixed dozen of the few available and 2 small coffees. I could tell when she handed me the coffees they weren't even warm, much less hot. She was so rude, I didn't even say anything. They really need to hire people that WANT to be there.
