Stopped at KFC on Southport Road on Sunday, Mother's Day and they were busy, inside and drive thru , ordered the 8peice sides meal , Mac and cheese, coleslaw, potatoes and gravy,French fry, we had to park to the side to wait for our order. When the girl brought out our order we checked it to see if it was all there and it wasn't the coleslaw and fries was missing, I called inside and told them the problem, instead of running the rest of the order out they said you have to bring your order inside and so I did so , ii spent 30minutes dealing with this shortage to get coleslaw and fries, I thought they would have replaced the entire order but they didn't, so when I got home everything was cold and had to reheat everything but fries we ate them on the way home. It seems they would either replace order or giving me the missing items right away and I wouldn't have had cold food when I got home
Went here with a big camper and parked at the truck lot nearby. Walked over and ordered 12 strip bucket family meal- shared it between 4 people and had leftovers. Food was hot (they let us know they were putting down fresh tenders). Management was friendly and kept things moving. Would definitely return as this was a quick delicious meal ? and the family was happy ?
I bought a 8 piece (bucket of chicken) meal and three of the wings were this size! $28!!! The Tea was horrible too! Never again!
It was alright. But they gave me no sauce or soda that I paid for. I will definitely double check next time.
Can’t count! I guess you need to open the bucket and count it yourself. You purchase an 8 piece family meal and come home with 7 pieces doesn’t sit will me. Counting to 8 is elementary. Think I’ll pass on this place next time.
And here we all sit. One big happy family! Everyone in the drive thru is now being told to park in the parking lot and they will bring the food out to us. No one has came out yet and it’s been 30 mins. A dozen cars are now just listening to music and chatting in the freezing cold. This was the most expensive outdoor night club I’ve ever been invited to. Will not be back.
I'd give a negative 5 if I could. I've came here three times but 3rd times a charm. I'll summons my review in 3 short steps like most everyone before me:Don't eat here if you want fresh food for a decent price.Don't expect good (or even decent) customer service.Don't expect them to even have food bc no matter what time you go, they're going to say "oh we outta that".
They close inside whenever they feel like. When you go through drive through they send you to wait for your food in parking space to help there numbers then give you the wrong order. It no wonder Popeye's and Chick-fil-A are running them to the ground.
Customer service was not great. Went into restaurant just a little after 9 pm on 12/14/21. While waiting to order was told that the lobby is closed that we would have to go through the drive thru. I was being very professional in regards to the situation. We are already in the restaurant and the doors were not closed and there is no sign that said Lobby is closed. A little bit of customer service etiquettes is much needed. We already in the building you could at least asked what is needed or what can you help with. We had to go through the drive thru for you to tell me that you practically ran out of everything. Why didn’t you just tell me that in person. The register might be closed at the front but he one at the drive thru is not —you can still ring people up that way ..what’s bad is that there is NOBODY at the drive thru . Need to have some well mannered and sensible staff working to serve—I am not asking for free food!
I went here and order a family meal and was told it would be a 15 minute wait on the chicken what good is it going be when its a fast food restaurant but u still have to wait on the food to cook.!! Plus the lady at the window didn't even give me a receipt!! I ask could I get something complimentary for the wait and was told no we don't do that !! I waited on the order for the girl in the window to send someone else out and didn't know who order belongs to who. Needs better communication!!
