This place has delicious food, a lively atmosphere and incredibly friendly employees.It sells all of the basic kfc meals like breasts, thighs, legs, and wings as both individual combos and as family bundles; as well as hot wings, chicken tenders, sandwiches and a wide assortment of sides. They also feature Pepsi products including their very own flavor of mountain dew "Sweet lighting".Unfortunately they do not sell grilled chicken, okra or red beans and rice as those are limited to certain locations.Overall a great place to visit.
The customer service at the window was awesome. I had to pull up so they can bring my food out. The gentleman that brought my food out was the most unprofessional employee that I have ever encountered in my life. When I looked over all I seen was his underwear because his pants were sagging to his knees. I will never go back. I am so glad I did not have my children in the car with me. Very unprofessional
I went here to get a 12 piece family meal after shopping because I didn't want to cook. I waited in the drive thru with two cars in front of me. I sat at the speaker for about 30mins with no one saying anything. The line was getting long behind me and there were no cars in front of me. I said hello 5 times to the speaker. So I finally pull up to the window. I tell the employee I was sitting at the speaker for 30 mins and no one came to the speaker to say anything. I then get told to park and come inside to take my order. Why??? I just waited in the drive thru line, if I wanted to come in then I would have done that in the first place. It seems like everytime I go here there is some kind of problem with the staff being rude. Very upset. I emailed the corporate in regards to this incident and I still have yet to hear back.
Whoever the drive-thru employee is on this date at 950pm deserves termination. She got into a verbal altercation with my doordash driver, lied about giving my order away, and threatened my driver all while I was on the phone. I have tried calling the restaurant repeatedly with no answer. I hope corporate sees these reviews
I prepaid for my meal because there were no original legs left to complete my order. When I came back 40 mins later. I was again told there were no legs by three different employees after they were aware I came back to get the food I prepaid for. The staff was upset with me, why I don't know! I came back again 20 mins later to hopefully get my meal and I did not get my drink that came with it. They had me waiting and the female at the window did absolutely nothing but give orders that was not fulfilled in a timely manner and slammed the drive thru window as if I was in her way. I pulled and waited for a few mins but no one ever came to bring my drink. I left and came back, politely asked for my drink and was giving a multitude of attitudes all because I wanted what I paid after waiting almost two hours to get. I barely go to KFC in Spartanburg because I never get professionalism or my correct order, on top of that, I have to deal rude and disrespectful attitudes as if I did something wrong. I usually do leave negative comments I would never go back again, but this experience was beyond anything I am use to when ordering food I have to consume. After finally getting my drink I asked for a cup of ice. The employee walked away and the female at the window did nothing but give orders that was not carried out. I left. I was furious and refuse show them my anger to stooped to their ignorant level, so this is why Im doing this review. I completely forgot about everything I had to do afterwards, my evening was totally ruined and I did nothing but be respectful and wanted the things I prepaid for. If this is the only way to have a business ran, Im sorry. It's terrible and I will never ever go to this particular KFC again. I'm so sorry went.?
Terrible service. I went through the drive thru and was instructed to pull up because my order wasn't ready. 30 minutes and multiple cars later, I'm still waiting. So I go inside, the indifference was unbelievable to the fact that I was still waiting on my food. I was told my food still wasn't ready, however, when I asked what EXACTLY wasn't ready, SUDDENLY my order was ready to go.This is another restaurant that is now on my WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN list. If I could give them zero stars I would.
The men's room wasn't clean. I got the 12 piece family meal to go. The food was great as always from KFC.
It was a pleasant experience, I went through minutes before closing (I didn't realize they were about to close), the staff was very nice about it. There was a bit of a wait here because they had to drop fresh chicken but given the circumstances, it was more than acceptable. All in all, the food was hot and delicious and the staff were very kind. All in all, a great experience!
Asked for plates didn't get them. Meal was supposed to come with 8 honey mustards for the chicken and it didnt have the honey mustard also supposed to be a 16 piece chicken meal and I only got 14 pieces of chicken. The large side ls we're only filled half the way in the container. Duncan KFC fills the side slammed full. For $65 I find this a complete waste of money. I don't even want the chicken because I have no condiments.
Waited about 15mins or more in line. I ordered a 3 piece that came with dark meat, asked for all legs, they said that was fine, when I got to the window they didn't have 3 legs. They offered to get me 3 other pieces for the same price. Would have been good had they not forgotten my 2 sides. They told me I could come back, but what's dinner without sides? Not dinner. After a long day at work, I was done. Don't eat there often, won't go back anytime soon. 4 out of 10 times I'm not given what I came for, BUT the staff is usually nice.
