Went at 3am. My food was hot and cooked fresh 5 stars for that and the customer service I was provided with! Shout out to the lady who was working taking orders, probably dropping fries and I think she the one who prepared my sandwich too and she had me out the drive thru in less than5 minutes. I ordered a milkshake as well. No attitude great service AND that was my first time having jacking the box!
I never leave reviews but our experience here was beyond bad. We sat at the intercom for around five minutes waiting on someone to respond. We couldn't leave because someone was behind us. After finally ordering we sat behind a car for over ten minutes while the lady working the drive thru chatted. We finally made it to the window and our food was sitting there but we were told they had to wait on a register. Several employees looked at us while sitting there for ten more minutes, but no one offered to reach the food out the window. The drive thru lady finally walked back by but motioned for another employee to get the order instead. He came over and ask what we ordered then replied that he didn't know what he was doing. Again we wait while the lady reluctantly came over to finally ring us up and rudely hand our food over. At this point the food was already cold and dripping grease through the bag. Definitely do not recommend this location.
I waited in line and at the board to order for 20 minutes because once you are in line, there is no way out, for them to tell me that they weren’t taking any more orders until another manager arrived. Why was I not told earlier so I could back out??? Poor service, no apology. Would not recommend to anyone.
The staff in this location is so, so kind. I have nothing against them, they’re always doing everything they can do accommodate. The problem with this location is the SEVERE understaffing problem that causes hour long drive-thru wait times. If you can’t find staff, it’s probably because you’re not treating them well enough or paying them well enough. I would suggest figuring out which it is, if not both, & implementing some changes.
Spend few minutes at drive thru and there was nobody home then I walk inside and I found a very noise loud crowd I ask why nobody answered the drive thru. the guy told me it was shif change, so I order some kind of hamburger and 2 tacos, and I could tell by looking at my tacos that this guy was not proud of what he was doing, over all if I was to audit this place they will get 74 out of a 100
I've been to this location several times now. There will be no one in the drive thru but it will take the staff a long time when all I ordered was a coffee. Ive waited a long time before and my fries were old and cold. This last time I waited once again with no one else there only to recieve the wrong sandwich. They are also always out of most of their drink flavors. Get it together bro.

They should shut this place down. It's awful.The dining room is always closed and drive thru wait times are anywhere from 25-45 minutes long.You can always hear them cutting up and laughing inside once you finally make it to window, like everything is a joke while this establishment and location is the real joke.
Was fast service and food was hot. The nice young man at the window gave great service even though i saw he was running counter too. I tried too tip him but couldn't on my visa card. But if the Jack Jack is listening you have a wonderful employee there. I will be back next time with cash so he can take tip.
Horrible!!!! Literally waited 20 mins IN drive-through line with 4 cars waiting behind me for 3 burgers and 2 drinks ( which we received as soon as we pulled up)! I asked for an extra sauce and was told I would need to pay for that one but then after stating that was ok with me the lady said " well if you only want one I will just give it to you " well thanks so much since that was only one we got after opening the bag! The tea was warm and the food was soggy will NOT be going back there!
