I would love to sing the praise of the waitress that took care of my family and I this morning at 8:30 am. She was very sweet, understand, and was acting as host as well as waitress. She even help me when my little girl tried to get into the kitchen. She is a wonderful lady and I am very grateful that we got to meet her.
First it was freezing inside.no condiments on the table. No napkins, and had pancakes, needed butter. Asked for butter, server busy talking ,my food was stone cold by the time my butter came.So cold inside I rushed to eat just to leaveNever have I've had such a bad experience on IHOP....
It’s fine food was good. Service was ok. Kinda pricey but I guess it’s the economy. It is what it is.
The waitness was terrible she didn't bring our food to us, she didn't refill our glasses. She didn't once come back and check on us. I had to ask her for a to go box and our check. She finally after 10 minutes brought it to us. We paid our bill and she didn't say thank you or anything. Worse service ever a and we never go there again.
Waitress was kind and attentive as she could possibly be given she was the only server there, definitely a hard worker. Food quality continues to go down as well as portion sizes.
Great food and service! They need help! Not enough wait staff or other workers! Some People need to respect others and not play loud music and party beside others! We are all there to enjoy our family! Not trying to get attention of everybody else! They had the gall to send they're grits back, saying they were cold! If they would have eaten them when they came out and not laughing playing tictoc videos on there phone laughing and carrying on, the grits wouldn't have got COLD! SOME IDIOTS!
Our Valentine's Weekend Breakfast was great!The server was wonderful, but the only one to wait on everyone this morning. She needs a raise and help though.
It was My First Time Ever Eating At The IHOP Restaurant!! It Was Beyond Amazing & The Server Was An Absolute Blessing!! The Meal Was Extremely Delicious & the Chef that Prepared My Meal Gets Major Props!! Definitely Will Come Back & May All the Employees there Receive A 100-Fold Return Blessing in Jesus' Name!!??????????
There was an awful smell in the mens bathroom that seemed to be sewer drainage (it hardly smelled like human waste but can't rule that out). I started to leave because the scent stuck with me after leaving the mens room but I decided to stay and eat, bad decision. I couldn't enjoy the food that tasted great because of "that scent." I returned home and I'm like stiff stiff, I still smell that scent because it was all over my clothes and it ventured throughout my home so I had to spray spray spray deodorizer. I like great food and will return for another experience, hopefully it will be an enjoyable one.
They had one server. She was new but super nice. After we placed our order our appetizer came out then our daughters meals. One looked like a kids meal the other looked like an adult sized meal. Then our server brought out one plate that wasn't something we ordered. She came back a couple times saying that our food was almost done and then that the kitchen got it wrong and had to remake it. By then we weren't happy and my husband and I were hungry so we asked her to just take our meals off our bill. When we got our check she charged us for one kids meal and one adult instead of 2 kids meals which is what we asked for. She also charged us for 4 adult drinks instead of 2 kids and 2 adults. We won't be going back to IHOP again. This isn't the first time we got over charged or had bad service.
