My family and I ate here today, food not so good, service could have been better and paid way more than expected. Not a four or five star. Needs improvement.
Live IHOP but this one... Not so good. Good food. Rude hostess (Kim) to everyone including call-ins. Had to be reminded by a customer, that she was telling everyone it would be a 15 minutes wait but she wasn't seating anyone for it to be just a 15 minute wait. When reminded, they called a lot of customers to be seated at once. Which made the waitresses pushed to give you adequate service. We waited for a couple things we needed for our order after we got our food. And half finished with our meal before getting our syrup and other things. Waitress nice but you could tell she was just there for a job.
Waited 10 minutes for the hostess to seat us....even though there were only 3 tables full. Took almost an hour to get our food, which was mostly cold by the time it got to us. I just wanted out at that point so paid quickly, just before the hostess and a waitress almost got into a fight, one of them yelling across the restaurant at the other....in front of customers.Definitely do not recommend this place.
Very Disappointed! Followed instructions on my phone. 30 min later, still no breakfast. I go in. To the IHOP staff, who apparently don't know the definition of "Curbside Pickup". By definition, Curbside pickup service is when retailers allow customers to place an online order for pick up at a local store. When the order is ready, the consumer parks in a designated area near the store, and a store associate brings the pickup order out to the consumer's vehicle. Why do you think IHOP asked for the color, make & model of my vehicle? It was printed right on the receipt! When you actually offer Curbside Pickup, customers DON'T get a cold breakfast! Cracker Barrel & Denny's will get my business, in the future!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went to eat there after years of not going. The service was absolutely terrible from the beginning. The table where they sat us at was disgusting and dirty there was food under the table they didn't even bother to clean. When we got there another waitress was arguing with our waitress about her tables. 2 other employees were cussing at each other with kids in the restaurant loud enough for everyone to hear. The food was barely enough and tasted terrible and was very greasy and overly buttered. My husband and I debated on leaving without paying bc of how bad everything was. We even thought about leaving the food and going next door to Waffle house where we get way more food for much less money and better service. We paid $30 I couldnt believe how expensive it was for how bad quality everything was. The only thing good about our visit was the nice waitress. Unfortunately I am never coming here again.
I placed an online order for curbside. Waited an hour to get my food. While no one was attending the front desk. Called numerous times just for no one to answer the phone. After an hour I finally got what I thought was my food, just for it to be someone else's order. I went back got my order and it was still wrong and cold. So save your money and your time.
We had to stand for about 10 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated no one came for another 10 minutes before we were ask about our drinks. Then it was about another 10 minutes before they came for us to order. Then our food was cold and the order wasn't really right on how it was ordered. The staff wasn't friendly at all. It was big disappointment. For the money that was spent. We spent 95 dollars and the service and food quality wasn't good at all
Better than it was precovid times. We came before Sunday crowd and were able to get seated within 15 minutes. Isn't as clean inside as I prefer, but our server was great, food was decent, but nothing to write home about.
Um there was only one person working as a server. Lol. Only give it 3 stars because that older white lady was on her job. She deserves a raise! The food was still surprisingly good and still hot. Just had to wait a little longer due to worker shortage.
