Food was delicious!! Taylor and her team delivered Excellent service!! I really enjoyed and have already told 5 others about my wonderful experience. Thanks

Apparently, like other restaurants, Heirloom is struggling with significant staffing issues. Once seated it took 20 minutes for a waiter (in trading) to approach our table to offer water. We order drinks (nothing complicated that required anything more than pouring into two glasses. It took another 35 minutes for their arrival. We ordered appetizers and entrees. Raw oysters came out on a piping hot plate. They were opened but not shucked on the bottom. No hot sauce. Entrees we’re fine but nothing special. Bill arrived with somebody else’s drinks added to ours. It took more than one attempt to get it fixed. Manager removed the oysters from the bill and apologized. Waiter was similarly apologetic. Numerous folks around us struggled with similar issues getting drinks and corrected bills. A shame because we like this restaurant but they genuinely need to either not book every table or ramp up qualified staff. Definitely need a second bartender.

Food was excellent as was the service. Ambiance of the rooms was tasteful and felt very comfortable.

Poor service, average food. Typical hotel restaurant.

Food was above average. Ambiance was nice. Service wasn't great... dinner took over an hour to come out once ordered and no apologies were offered. Spike with assistant GM and while he was nice, offered very little. Food was good enough to try again. Service assured it will be awhile before we do so.

Loved it, as always. 5 stars!!

Nice little quiet restaurant for a Friday dinner. Staff was awesome, food was great! Thank you!

The worst experience ever. Would not go back for free. If you have any dietary restrictions, please avoid. Even though this restaurant advertises gluten free/dairy free menu options, servers and managers are unaware to how food is cooked and insult you if you have food allergies. Avoid at all cost. We even had to elevate our issue to the GM while we tried to enjoy a dinner with family and were unsuccessful at resolution. Way too much drama for a simple weeknight meal.

Good food and waitress was very nice! However, waited along time for our food!

I’m traveling for work and staying at the Residence Inn behind the restaurant. There was a menu in my room for Heirloom, so I decided to try it out. Usually, I dine across the street at City Range, but I wanted something different and was not disappointed! The hostess, Brenda, was so charming and kind - the true epitome of southern hospitality. The weather was gorgeous, so I sat outside. My server, Brie, was quick to welcome me and get a glass of rosé on the way. Brie also brought out a basket of the most mouth-watering biscuits and butter spread. For dinner, I tried a few dishes: maple pecan brussels, watermelon salad, lemon grilled asparagus, and garlic roasted red potatoes. Every dish was cooked exactly as it should and seasoned to perfection. The garlic roasted red potatoes were my favorite, with the watermelon salad a very close second! Overall, a fantastic dining experience, and I’ve already told several local friends to try it out. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Spartanburg!
