Used to love this Fuji but lately it seems to be going downhill! Portion size is smaller and the last 2 times we have ordered from the drive thru, our orders have been completely wrong. Only option is to bring food back, which I understand, but when you live 15-20 minutes away that's not an option. Was hoping 1st time was fluke...should've checked. Used to be nice getting something quick and NOT fried on way home. I won't bother any more. Either check before you leave or save your money for somewhere else.
I don't live in the area but the reviews were pretty good so I asked a coworker to bring me some veggies. The veggies were overcooked burned and looked like leftovers from the grill. The picture looks better than the actual food itself smh.
I absolutely love their teriyaki steak with vegetables (broccoli and caramelized carrots) and rice. Over time I have grown tired of the carrots. They are just a little too sweet for my liking anymore. Will be asking w/o carrots from here on out but everything else is amazing. Add two packets of soy sauce, mix it up and it is ready for consumption.
My boys love eating here! And I could live off of their salad with ginger dressing. I always buy extra ginger dressing to take home with me. I use it in all kinds of recipes.
The clear broth soup is served with one slice of a mushroom and one slice of a green onion. I honestly could have made better at home.The salad is an actual salad, not a seaweed salad, which was a disappointment. The ginger dressing was alright, though. It was pretty standard as far as ginger dressings go.The rice was way overcooked. And so was the steak. It was tough. The chicken was OK, though.The second star is because the customer service provided was good. The decor was just okay.Honest opinion... as far as food goes, they need some pretty serious improvement. Not worth a second trip as things stand, though.
At first I was Soooo disappointed in Fuji. I arrived around 9pm at Hillcrest after a 12 hour shift in Asheville, NC and over an hour drive. I watched a few cars pull up after me and leave before me and I am so tired. Then after a few more minutes my food arrives. The presentation was awesome they now have new plastic containers that will not leak. I put the plate on my leg and it was so hot it almost burned my leg but I had waited all week long for this food and I was starving!!! ?? The salmon and shrimp were both perfectly grilled!!! ?? I would love to tip the cook ??. Thanks for reminding me good things come to those that wait Love you guys

First let me start by stating I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER to this one particular location for the past 3 years and have many more transactions to prove. Anyways 2 weeks ago my husband drove from Blacksburg there to get my order and when he got back they had given me Diet Pepsi instead of regular so I just poured it out and ate my food.Yesterday he goes and once again drives from Blacksburg with these gas prices and brings the food to my work. When I open the bag, I did not have my extra shrimp sauce or all the fortune cookies I bought for my kid. I called the store and explained this and also brought up the Diet Pepsi and told them I wanted my card refunded for the Pepsi and the shrimp sauce. The man tells me they can’t do anything and I can drive all the way back up there to get my shrimp sauce. I proceed to tell him I will never come back to which he responded that’s ok. So if you really want to spend your money on a service that when it’s wrong they will not correct then go here!!In the pic the one marked out was the Fuji at the mall
It took them maybe 25 minutes to prepare my order, considering the huge amount that was ordered that was awesome. The food as always was great, I'd definitely say 10 out of 10.
Great food and great service as always. I love this place and so does my husband.
