We have been to Dudleys many times. Tonght I ordered what I usually do....seafood Alfredo. At $38 one would expect it to be outstanding. But it fell very short ...3 shrimp and 2 scallops is all it contained. TERRIBLE. We won't go again. They are more proud than they deserved. We complained and all the waiter said was, "do you want a box?"Seriously? I couldn't even eat it. So $109 later we left hungry and unhappy.Shameful. Really. NEVER AGAIN.
I was seated outside my choice, waited for over 20 minutes still no, Welcome, or what can I get you to drink, no acknowledgement. Nothing! I get up and go inside very politely address the host, of the situation.From the reaction she cared less, no getting the manager, just looked at me asking" DO YOU WANT TO SIT INSIDE", as if i didn't make a complaint. Not even a "My Apologies for that " I FELT like it made no difference if I stayed or left. So I left.
Unique atmosphere, and mouth watering food. Every time my husband and I visit we know we’re going to have a great meal and drinks. Very accommodating and friendly. Service is always top notch from the host stand to the servers and bar tenders. Consistency is key and is one the best ways to describe Dudley’s.
The service was awesome and the food even better!!! If you like Pimento Cheese try the Pimento Cheese Fries!!!
Timing was right! We were able to get a table without having to wait. Our server did a great job and the food was very tasty! We enjoyed the uniqueness of the experience! You will too.
Absolutely wonderful service! Hailey was an awesome waitress who really made it that much more special. Very attentive and thorough. The food was excellent and the drinks were as well. Definitely will be back!
Great seafood. Great appetizers, and wonderful service. I wish we had learned about this place sooner. I recommend getting reservations during peak times. My daughter checks out bathrooms wherever she goes and enjoys the rectangular toilets ?
Went and had Excellent service tonight from Antrim & the team at Dudleys. Scallop App is always delicious, nice and plump. Also, the Grouper special is a banger as well. Trey has done an excellent job leading his team there, thru the Pandemic. Nice & clean, all salt & pepper shakers are sanitized & wrapped after every customer. Cleanliness is of paramount importance as my wife is pregnant. Thank y’all we appreciate the service & hospitality.
Well, I was so looking forward to an enjoyable evening out since it’s rare at the moment. My husband and I had reservations, got seated right away and got our drink order in (tres important) but then everything came to a stop! After about 30 minutes our drinks were long gone and so was our waiter. ☹️ 45 minutes later we asked for our waiter and had to inquire about our next drink order AND our food. His response was “oh, has it been awhile”. For real. Long story short, dinner arrived 1 hour after we ordered, drinks had to be asked for and I was a wee bit disappointed. I understand that staffing is short but either don’t seat as many customers or at least be up front about how long the food will take. Cute place, food was good but definitely not worth an hour wait. .
I’ve heard great things about Dudley’s so my wife and I had dinner for our annual Christmas date night. The atmosphere and vibe are great. Service and overall staff were very good. Drinks and appetizers came out fast. The waiter toldus the lasagna special entree would take 45 minutes to arrive at the table. Instead we ordered the hanger steak and crab legs. 60 minutes later we asked where our food was. About10 minutes later our food arrived. It was excellent , and I am happy with the food. I wish the waiter would have told us the kitchen was stressed, the communication failed.
