Today my order was over an hour getting to me after I placed my order. But I am not mad or anything like that. I did call to find out why it was so long after it came out of the oven as my family and I were getting hungry. But after talking with Chris I realized it was Sat. evening and there was a special going on and that increased their deliveries more than usual. Also, Chris called me just after order was placed (online) and notified me due more requests they had just run out of onions and would I like to change my toppings I asked if it were ok to just to increase amount of the mushrooms on one of the pizzas and the tomatoes on another. I was happy he did so at least I was informed and then no questions when delivered. Chris is who Domino's need at every store. I will still give them the highest rating because of Chris! Thank you Chris!
I love the pizza but they always keep you in hold when you're placing and order over the phone. When you order online the website always crashes and the customer service is trash ?️
Ordered my food for delivery. It was ready at 8:57 I call the store at 10 my food is still sitting there asked the man in the phone to speak to a manager so I can get a discount or anything he tells me there’s nothing he can do. WORST PLACE EVER
Will cancel your order out of nowhereAn. never answer the phone when you try to get in touch with him to find out
make ypu sit on hold for 10 minutes then at exactly 10pm they answer amd say delivery is closed.
Ordered pizza and wings, everything was super greasy and the wings where very mushie and didn’t taste good. Pizza wasn’t too bad though just super greasy the whole box was full of oil ..
Called to place a delivery order, someone picked up and mumbled something and quickly put me on hold before I could say hello (I assume to get the phone to stop ringing) after sitting for 10 minutes I decided to call back. A lady picked up and asked for my address and put me back on hold for another 10 minutes. I hung up and attempted to call one last time and nobody picked up. Went somewhere else.
Worst domino location so far. The guy's clothe who makes pizzas was super dirty. The cashier guy acted like his 1st day at work. He had no idea what is he doing, useless. Stayed in drive through window for 10 min, after receiving notification that my order is ready because all 3 of them were looking for some kind of receipt. Will never order here again!

Worst Domino's I have ever dealt with. Online says 30 min delivery. Then we get a call saying well Uber Eats has run the delivery time up to 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Well ok, not happy but at the time we had no way to get it. Then 2+ hours later the driver calls and we say leave it on the table as they are a contactless delivery. Guess what...someone ELSE got a great dinner because it sure as heck wasn't US. Then of course we have to go drive up there and get it. Well hell if I wanted to do Carry Out I would have come up there at 6:30 when I ordered the pizza. Not at 9:30. This is NOT the 1st time I have had to deal with mistakes from this store and whomever the franchisee is really needs to get into this store and fix the MANY issues here or they are going to keep losing customers.
