I placed an order for a pasta bowl and a sandwich online. I paid with my card which they took out my account immediately. Then they called to tell me they were out of pasta. Then they canceled my order without consulting me. Now I'm out of $20 until tomorrow and no money to place an order somewhere else! And all they could say is sorry.
Wings were like they were pulled out of the trash and reheat but cold . Pizza had very little sauce or topping. I use to say Ceader Springs store was the best . This was a 40 $ waste Had to fix my family supper anyways
Started out placing a delivery order on there amp. After I get the order together and go to checkout it freezes up and then I finally get to checkout and place the order and get confirmation they call to say they ain't got a delivery driver. I guess at least they called. But they could've changed told me before I wasted my time ordering since they ask how you want it when you start the order. So Papa John's here I come!!
Always good pizza. Wouldn't have left the same review 15 years ago... When the box taste about the same as the pizza. ?
Wings were perfect. Customer service was amazing. Pizza got here a bit burnt but they instantly apologized and helped us fix it. Will definitely order again.
Firstly whatever y’all did that has changed, yessss. I have ordered twice from y’all today (I’m a college student and work full time mom of 8 lol) and y’all are on it!!! Food has been amazing AND they even called me to let me know the delivery time would be long and asked if that was fine, which it was for this late at night (the earlier one was way faster) and thanked her for letting me know! She made sure my food was hot and right with everything I ordered. And it actually came way earlier than she said!!! Food is so good and drivers were great!!! Keep it up!!!!
I cannot believe this place. My order was missing items and I called to report the issue, I asked to speak to the manager and it turned out to be the delivery driver Jessica (who delivered my food). Jessica went on to claim that she delivered the correct items. I told her that I can send pictures, and she refused because she said that she delivered the right items. A manager that argues with a customer and telling me that I am lying…Fix this please. Be careful guys
Went to this location on Southport road and there is two employees there that I am scared to eat from. I think the lady said his name quindarius and that small girl with glasses that looks like she maybe a little slow KaylaWhen they are there I don't order food. Someone told me they were married. He looks funky and she looks the same. They need to wash their uniform if they know how. But without them two I love coming to this location.. food good service is good.
This is one of the better Domino's establishments. Woods is one of the most helpful workers I have ever come in contact with. He's a joy to talk to on deliveries as well as in-store.
Placed an order at 5:43 online and still waiting on my order to be made and delivered. Called store several times and manager said it will be delivered at 8:30pm!!!!! This store needs to hire people or don’t do online orders! Very upset ? this order should be refunded for long wait time and still deliver food I order for good customer service. Won’t order from here again with lack of customer service!!!!!
