I use to be all about that lil guy that went around yelling pizza pizza ...but after today 5/29/2022...I am all about Dominos...the pizza I got today was amazing.. I am a vegetarian and having the opportunity and options to still be able to enjoy pizza makes me very happy... The gentleman that made my pizza , made a very good one way beyond what I would have thought could come from a pizza place... You guys now have a huge fan I will be coming back
THIS DOMINOES SUCKS. the first time i placed an order with them they canceled it saying they were done delivering for the night. the second time i placed an order with them they said they wasn’t delivering until 5pm & they didn’t have anymore of the drinks that i ordered, i paid already & they said they couldn’t give my money straight back it would come back in 5 days.
We place an order around 7pm for delivery. We waited 2 hours& still no food. So we called...over & over! No answer...Soo...we decided to drive down there to see what's going on. I went to go inside..but all the doors were locked. I saw people in there..& I know they saw meBut they ignored me & wouldn't open the doors. I sat in the parking lot a few minutes..& that's when they sent a text saying the order had been canceled! So 3 hours after placing the order they send a text Saying it's canceled..10 at night. They could've at least let us known way earlier that it was canceled instead of wasting hours of our time.Completely rude & very unprofessional. Very disappointed.
Poor service. I have given this place enough chances to get it right but they have yet to do so. The average delivery time I have gotten from them is about an hour and a half. It's a 6 minute drive. The online tracker is a joke because it says that it's been delivered but I call the store and the driver hasn't left yet. If you do have to call them be prepared for a rude staff.
Absolutely Fantastic! Wonderful customer service! Pizza was cooked perfectly with all toppings we ordered. Our wings, sandwiches and lava cakes were cooked to perfection! Great and speedy service and very convenient at the window pickup! Fed a family of 15 and Domino’s had our order ready within 30 minutes! Thank you Domino’s ?
As far as quality pizzas go, you might expect Domino's to rank a bit lower than number one, but all things considered, including price... It can honestly hold its own against the best of them.
Domino's never let me down, especially when I don't feel like cooking and want something that isn't going to hurt my debit card. Lol. I always get the $19.99 meal deal.
We love Domino's, but I feel the 3 dollar tip coupon is a big Scam, I can never ever use it & we Pick Up every Wednesday nite, wish it would work once, but have yet to save 3 bucks. SAD
They pizza always good. They wings are tender to always will order from here.
I ordered a pizza to be delivered and after half an hour went by, still no pizza. Then I called to see what was wrong with the order and according to the person on the phone (who was unbelievable unhelpful) said no order had been placed despite the money having already been charged to my card. She did nothing to help the situation. I do not know who trains these people but they need some serious help with their customer service. By far the worst of many terrible experiences I’ve had with this place.
