I looked on the website site before taking my grandchildren here for ice cream. The website said they stayed open until 10:00. We walked in at 9:05. They greeted us at the door and said they were closed but the window was open. We couldn't take a 2 year old and a 3 year old through the drive through to eat ice cream in the dark and in their car seats. If you're not open post the correct hours. Now I have two crying children wanting ice cream. Spartanburg location.
Ordered a combo with onion rings... Burger was ok, but onion rings were old and dried out, like they'd been sitting for hours. Serving food at a fast food restaurant is not rocket science!
If you want food poisoning, this is the place to go! Should have turned around and left after seeing the floor anyway. Food wrappers and napkins on the floor and the floor and tables were sticky! Never again will i eat here pr any other DQ! Negative 10 stars

Price has gone way up. Meals are up in price, sprinkles on your sundae?... $0.49 per sundae....ranch with your meal?... 0.79 per sauce. Ranch had the consistency of milk. Disappointed with the direction this location has headed. What used to be a mid to low $20's dine out is now in the $30's.
The service was quick and the food was good however, I had to ask for correct change after being shorted by a couple of dollars.
The ice cream was still great. But this store was a bit chaotic. I would still go back. I love Dairy Queen!
The ice cream cakes are great . Just kinda pricey . If they are priced better , I would stop more often .
Went to Dairy queen today and ordered 2 blizzards a oreo and snickers. Okay the blizzards had round white pearl looking pieces in them both! It looked like a pearl necklace had broken and fell into the blizzards!! I called back to the store because I was already on my way home and I live 30 minutes away...I called back and asked to speak with the manager and he accused me of lying!! I simply told him how far away I was and I didn't want to turn around to come back...anyway I ended up hanging the phone up, this is TERRIBLE customer service!! I will never go back there and the restaurant is dirty!!!
