4.5 stars. We ordered the fried chicken dinner and was pleasantly surprised at the crunchy outside and the moisture in the inside. The chicken was seasoned with salt and pepper. The chicken was hot upon arrival. The biscuits are great. The beignets with the pecan dipping sauce were yummy. The cold slaw was dry and tasteless. I used delivery and liked how the bags and boxes were properly sealed. We will definitely order from this CB again.
Worst CB experience ever. Waited 18 minutes to be seated with a large group. Not too long considering. However, 48 minutes before food was served. Three orders wrong, eggs scorched, bacon had zero flavor save the burnt edges. The kids shrimp was so fried it couldn’t be eaten. This was just some of the issues. We are now done with CB which has always been a go to.
Service and food were good. Only thing that could be improve upon with is the freshness of the breads. Cheeseburger buns , biscuits and the strawberry Shortcake bread all were hard stail and not fresh . If the bread had been fresh our meals would have been over the top and A Plus .
The little girl *white,slim, dark hair* that answered the phone for me to pickup my curbside order was VERY RUDE she needs to improve on her customer service skills. I waited 30 mins on my food and it still wasn’t ready when they said it would be only for my food to be cold and disgusting. Never coming to this location again.
Our table server was wonderful. It's the little things that make a big difference. We were seated at a table where the sunlight from the window across the room was blinding my wife. The server went to lower the shade and even though the couple seated by the window protested, our server sweetly insisted.In addition the food was delicious. I recommend the pick 2 option for lunch. The loaded baked potato paired with the house salad was the perfect noonday meal. The only improvement is the kitchen chopping the lettuce a little finer and adding a little more topping to the ratio of iceberg lettuce. Keep up the good work cracker barrel.
My husband and I went there for breakfast this morning. First of all, I would like to say that the waitress was great. Very friendly, kept us up to date on how long it was taking to get the food out etc. Even ask if we wanted cheesecake to go. She could really go to a higher end place and do great. However, the food was horrible. It took forever to get it out to the table . 35 min. When it finally arrived it was cold and food not taste good. I felt like this was a waste of time and $$. My husband and I joked when we left that Bojangles is actually a better breakfast. We Will never go back. No need to respond either!! We are done!!
We have dined at this location many times and it has always been a great experience. Today was totally different! I am sure they are like a lot of restaurants that don't have adequate staffing. The big problem was seeing how bad previous customers left their tables. There was trash on the floors everywhere and tables hadn't been bused or cleaned. It looked like a group of pigs had dined and rolled on the floor. It really is not the restaurants fault, it is more about people who don't care about others. These people are nasty and intentionally make messes for others to clean up. I am glad I was raised by parents that taught me the right way and to have respect for my fellow man.
This is my experience 5 months ago. You’ll the food was undercooked on a weekly basis. High risk of food poisoning. The cleanliness is smh. I hope that explains. Looks are deceiving. I give it a 2 star for its decorations. Without the decorations I would close the store down. With no stars
Very small portions and the sides were so small not even a whole scoop more like 1//2 scoop was not offered any bread very disappointed will not be back
We stopped here to get a quick bite to eat. We both got the chicken pot pie and it came really quick. The service was very fast, polite and it was just what we wanted.
