ZERO STARS.. It wasn't an option in order for me to comment... with that being said fast food is fast food.. so fast that my burger wasn't even cooked through. I called the manager on duty "a Courtesy call" to make him aware of the situation. However he didn't seem to care nor offered a replacement. This is by far the worst place on the east side of spartanburg. If you choose to spend 25.21 on food please don't go to COOK OUT. WE WORK TOO HARD FOR OUR MONEY TO SPEND IT WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! Thank you manager James..
The worker at the window tonight , SUCKED. HE was so so rude and slammed the window in my face. The milkshake was made like liquid it was not even able to be classified a milkshake . More Like melted ice cream in a cup.
It's now art of our Saturday routine to get lunch for the kids there. Always fast, affordable and consistent. With $15 we get lunch for the whole family!
Trash. Longest lines in the world and they can't even be bothered to put everything I ordered and paid for in the bag? Every time I go. So, Then what? Go back in line just to let them know? Trash
I love their milk shakes. One of the few that use real milk. Love their other food too if I want a quick meal. I love BLTs I can get them here!
Food was o k but , the , server , was short and quick to cute off at my request for Honey mustard, we got no honey mustard.
Even when lined down the road to get in the parking lot, the order was accurate and everything was made and done very quickly
I literally get the same thing every time I go. Other than being out of Onion rings the past 4 times... it's normally pretty good. The type of service you get depends on who is working drive thru. The only complaint I have really about the service is when they won't give you time to order without asking, "will that be all?" Just feel rushed....
Cook out on a main Street is the boom that get my order every time in like the one on Reville road spartanburg .every time I order my hot dog a'll the way its like tha y just throw everything as is, sloppy dog is what I get tha y did even put slaw on my dog
Only ordered 2 things of fries and they couldn’t even get that right. After we sat in the slowest line just to get to the window and have 3 people staring back at us not doing anything.
