This restaurant is mostly a pizza buffet with some pasta and salad options. They serve fairly decent Pizza for a very low price which is why many family is still there because it is Affordable. The staff in the Spartanburg location was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant from this chain in my neighborhood close several years ago. If you're a family looking for an affordable option to take your children out to eat, I recommend this restaurant.

Very poor selections for pizza. The dessert pizza was amazing they also had someone in there fixing the ice and drink machine and the guy had told them that he asked them to be prepared for him when he came and they wasn't so when we tried to get ice out of the machine there was black stuff all in our ice. When we ask them to get us ice from the back the waitress said what do you think I have a secret reserve of ice back there then 15 minutes later came out with two tea pitchers full of ice with no ice scoop. They were in the middle of removing most of the game so we couldn't play any of the games. The only upside was watching SpongeBob and eating dessert pizza overall for 40 bucks it was not worth it.

My family has come here twice. Both times upon arriving there were multiple dirty tables. If you don't eat pork you don't have much of a selection to choose from. I will be weary of the parmesan and red pepper flakes shakers. I watch a busboy contaminate several shakers with dirty water and food from cleaning tables. This location is pretty unsanitary. Employees aren't required to where mask or gloves and they don't.

It was okay, but definitely needs help in some areas. Me and my family went on a Saturday night and was told we couldn’t get the Buffay because they start doing the Buffay at 8 PM when the store doesn’t close until 10 PM I’m not sure how they can just start the Buffay when that is what kind of service they offer. We were also told to not play the games and saw machines because the floor had already been cleaned for the next day but that is just too bad for them because my children we’re going to spend probably $60 just on the claw machines

We drove from Asheville with our grand daughter to get pizza because the place in our area closed. This was her spring break place to go. She loves the alfredo cheese pizza.

This location is pretty cool but their pizza needs help they are very skimpy with the topping

I was in here yesterday and the staff was no friendly or welcoming and the food was lackluster. Not many choices of pizza available and the ones that were there were bland. It wasnt like this before the remodel. Overall I'm kind of disappointed.

This location used to be so good but it's went downhill so much. Last time I ordered, they forgot my 2 liter drink (that I paid more than $3 for) so the lady told me to ask for her next time we came in & we would receive it. The next time we went, they said she wasn't there so they couldn't give it to me, they just gave me a regular fountain drink. More than once we've tried to order online & it won't let us so we have to go in & order & wait forever on it. Another time we went in & sometimes Monday-Wednesday they have a 3.99 buffet for 1 person so we decided to go, I was in the middle of trying to pull the website up but my phone was being slow, there was also no one else in line but I still tried to hurry. The manager got an attitude & really smartly said "well I guess I'll give it to you this time" as if there was a choice. It's not a coupon, it's the website itself. Definitely won't be returning & I'll drive 5 miles out of the way to Greenville to the other location.

New Review:Came in after it was "repaired". COME GET YOUR FREE ROACHES!!!!Previous Review:Was told at 8:20 the buffet was closing in a couple minutes. Yet the sign on the door says buffet ends at 9. Helped them out by adjusting their hours on Google since apparently they close right at 9 and shut the store down before 8:30pm.

January 18, 2022 * 1:02 p.m. - Late on my review & I apologize for that peeps. 6 of us went & were only inside the establishment for about 35-40 minutes. The salad, was the best part of the meal for me. I wasn't too happy with the selection of pizzas. Seems they kept remaking the same ones, as far as toppings / different pizzas. The food was "alright". There were 4 kids with us & only 2 or 3 of the games even worked... which was specifically why we had choosen CiCi's. We had not been to this location in several years. Not sure when we will return & as far as giving a recommendation, I would suggest going elsewhere unless they seriously step up their pizza game & actually have games available to the children! It is a hard choice to give this place 2 stars.
