I just left..... I drive over 40 miles one way just to get church's chicken and they have NO inside counter service, 7 cars in line at the drive thru, 25 minute wait and not one car moving forward, the car ahead of me left without ordering, I left without ordering, just to pass the window and the cashier holding the line up with social conversation.... I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! IM PISSED! JUST SHUT IT DOWN ALREADY!
I don't normally eat at Church's Chicken. But my sis want to get a quick cheap meal. It was actually pretty good. The workers was very nice. But the place can use some upgrading in the inside the walls need painting and they definitely need new tables and chairs. Company make this place look like the way the food taste. But I do recommend this CC.
?I really want to give this place a good rating because I understand food service is difficult,,,,, however the chicken was just okay, I'm sorry the customer service workers were just plain miserable.?The air conditioner was non-existent, perhaps that may have contributed to the disposition of the workers. The facility is long overdue for cosmetic upgrades.The store manager was pleasant considering it all
I was disgusted with the overall experience on yesterday. I ordered the Big Texas meal. The meal comes with LEGSssss and Theighsssss per the menu. This led me to believe I’d be able to order 3 legs as I hate thighs. The heavyset lady with the nappy white wig was asked if I could do all legs. She turned to look at me and say oh no she can get two thighs and 1 leg. SMH The fact that she only did that because she was intimidated by my beauty and appearance was disgusting. I later sent my husband who pulled off with two legs and a thigh. SMH The food was not as good as it was when the previous manager Josh was there. They have run Church’s down! To the unprofessional manager shame on you! You should be ashamed a freaking disgrace to the company to say the least!! I rate a one because the girl at the window was nice!!-Miesha

Honestly it's probably the best fried Chicken in Spartanburg. The wait is long and the store looks dirty. But I'm never disappointed
I would give their chicken a 5 but the wait at the drive thru is ridiculous that's why it is a 4. Fix the speaker or get some help that move. Someone who wants to work!
Went there for the biscuits and chicken. Left with the biscuits. The speakers broken, the store looks in disrepair and there was a lot of staff for such a small store AND the line was SOO slow because the speakers broken. Im really surprised they've been allowed to operate in their current condition.
Service is absolutely terrible and they dont care at all, they look to get fewest customers as possible with making you not want to wait the extreme wait times in the drive thru PLACE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT BADLY, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE ITS THE SAME MESS EVERYTIME
