We waited almost 45 mins for 2 pizza's that was nothing to brag about No sweet tea said they were out .All of the fountain drinks tasted like carbonated water Prices are ridiculous 2 large pizza's and 6 drinks nothing special no sides plus 2 $15.00 play cards was $100.00 and some of the machines took money off cards and didn't even work. Thank goodness I took a Birthday cake and had my cup in the car with tea. Will not be wasting any money here again.
Absolutely unprofessional stuff.Owfull costumer service. At the front desk I should stay for a few minutes to see somebody. Some stuff played games and my kids could not use those machines, some stuff members ate in front of the customers.I was many times in Chuck E. Cheese’s in different locations and my kids love it . And we never seen this attitude . Seems like everyone worked first day , absolutely not organized!!! Never again !!!
I'm changing my review from three stars to four. We were disappointed that a lot of the games were out of order, but the staff was really nice and very helpful. The place was clean as far as I noticed. The staff gets five stars, but the games get three stars.
Todays visit was terrible. Most of the games didnt even work. The staff was terrible. They were very rude and acted as if it was a problem to even wait on us. We will not be visiting this location again.
Poor customer service from GM, paid for 2 hours of playtime , game card stopped working after 1 hour, even with the receipt the GM refused to fix the card, lied once to say it was the wrong kind of card, then claimed it was a card purchased for 1 hour and it wasn't the right card since it was purchased 3 minutes difference in time. I have had issues with cards before and it was easily resolved, this man had no intention of fixing the issue!
Chucky the RAT was RUDE! My 5 yr old grad daughter stood with her arms held open for a hug he walked by her looked down at her stepped AROUND her and walked to the back! She busted out crying it was heartbreaking for this GiGi!! She was the only child standing there and yes he did SEE her because he had to look down at her then walk around her!!! She wanted to leave immediately but since I had just spent 90 dollars on pizza, drinks and playtime for 2 kids I wanted to stay! Extremely RUDE! We have had many many many parties there through the years but that day was simply because my granddaughter asked to " go see Chuckie". We paid for an hour of play with our lunch so we were there from noon till around 2pm ( almost 2 hours) and NEVER saw him come out!!!! We were there on Sat Feb 6th although many tables were set up for parties during that time there were only about 25 ppl in there total. Very very disappointed in one of our family's favorite places because now my granddaughter doesn't "ever want to see Chuckie again "!
Today was my son 5th birthday so I decided to take him out for his birthday. So I get there, I waited 10 mins until someone came to the front. Order was taken. So I order a salad good thing it was a buffet I’ll be waiting on that too.But anyway I fixed my salad, I went up to the front to get a fork, no one was there I wait 20 minutes. Even if I had a family of 3 there, all of the employees shouldn’t be in the back the whole entire time, one need to be in the front. The customer skills was horrible so I ask for a refund and went straight to Big Air they have better customer skills..
Loved it the employee were very nice. The food came in a timely manner. The quality of the product was very good. The restaurant was very clean. And my Granddaughter enjoyed the games.
We were visiting my sister and her family, and thought hey lets take them somewhere fun. So we found the closest chuck e cheese and left. Never again will we go to the Spartanburg location. We walked in, and NO ONE was wearing a mask, we got attitude straight away from the young lady at the register. Ok, whatever, right?? 150.00 later, 2 pizzas, wings, fries, drinks and 5 play cards, (Wednesday night is "free" games for kids,) and what we had hoped was gonna be a fun night. Nope.. not at all. More than half the games were broken, the games would take time off your cards, some even removed tickets, but the kicker was, the employees did not care. I had 600ish on my card, my son 400ish, my neices 200 on one, 400 on the other and the 5th card 442. We asked the 5th card to be split between the girls and mine added to my son's card. Well the young guy helping was higher than a kite, could smell it and see it, he was ridiculously rude to the kids. He lied about how many tickets they had left, and then took the cards, without asking us. When my oldest neice came back with an airhead, 2 tootsie rolls, and 5 snakes, I asked where the rest of her stuff was. Her response was "He said I spent it all." Now, Im not a math teacher by any means, but if you have 644 on your card but only use 580, there would be tickets left. So we went back to the counter, and the attitude he threw at me and my neice, I would have fired him on the spot if he was my employee. When I stated he owed her tickets "No we dont. I can count. Would you like to count?" And I did. And proceeded to tell him that 580 does not equal 644. He rolled his eyes, along with the girl beside him, and nastly asked my neice what she wanted. So of course I talked to the manager and she was fantastic about trying to fix the issue. She gave all 3 of the kids a cotton candy and apologized. When we walked away from her, one of the employees, she was mopping the floor called me a Bi*ch. This store needs alot of help. This was the biggest issue out of the cluster of issues we had. But again, especially at the Spartanburg location.
Horrible customer service. The whole ENTIRE staff was outside hanging Christmas Signs on the windows. So no one was inside to help. Then once someone decided to help check us in she informed me that as a pizza place they were out of pepperoni. We left & went to Big Air for fun that’s worth the money.
