Worst Chipotle ever! My order has like 5 small pieces of chicken in my bowl and the food was so bland. There was no one in the restaurant and I still had to wait over 10 minutes passed my pickup time on my online order while one employee was outside smoking and one was leaning on the counter on his phone while someone in back made my food. Meanwhile the tables were all dirty, in fact the whole place was dirty. I left feeling upset then to find my food was not even good just angered me more. Seriously where are the work ethics! I will not return!!

Never have I ever got a burrito from chipotle that I didn't like literally the most unpacked person in the world and I love this place. But let me tell you ether the employees don't care or the cooks didn't know what they were doing everything tasted so bad. I order the exact same thing from east main street and this one east main is so much better. Maybe hire employees who want to work and not ones who make shortcuts especially with food

Honestly this was one of the most mediocre Chipotle we've ever eaten at. The bathrooms were, not dirty, but the toilet paper wasn't in the containers, just balanced on the handicap bar next to the toilet, the floor hadn't been mopped in a long time, etc. The food reflected a similar work ethic. The rice was sticky and completely unseasoned (cilantro lime white rice), the cilantro was brown and gooey, the meats overcooked, and the seasonings in the rest of it were off.We always make a point to stop at Chipotle restaurants on our road trips, and I'm sad to say, this one really let us down. I recognize it's a fluke, as we stopped at two others (from GA to KY) and they were amazing! This one just needs to pick up it's game a bit.

This is the worst location I’ve ever been to and I’m from Florida so I’ve been to several different locations. Since I love chipotle I continue to go to this one because it’s the only location in the area. 95% of the time the workers have the most nasty attitude, the male manager I will say is always nice and pleasant but everyone else acts like you’re bothering them when you come in. The make side comments when you order your food like “oh, you want extra steak, that’s a lot” or “why do people ask for the romaine lettuce for the salad when it’s the exact same as the salad lettuce” when it’s clearly not because the salad lettuce definitely has spinach and arugula I believe, she proceed to say it’s the same but just cut up. Whatever! But nonetheless who are you to complain about my order when I’m paying for it! Ugh! I hate this location!

I ordered a veggie quesadilla but the veggies weren’t even inside the quesadilla…i’m confused

I go to Chipotle almost every single day. I spend $14 every single meal. I’m spending $3 on guacamole, and only receive half a scoop. When I request a full scoop, I’m told it will cost more. Very frustrating considering I am a loyal customer with the chipotle chain for over 2 years now.

Sometime ok but a lot of the time small portions and people are too lazy to give enough rice or meat like they used to not too long ago. Too lazy to cook more if they give people a decent size the paid for for their hard earned money. :(

I get it good workers are hard to find. No body wants to work on the food industry anymore. The line was out the door. The people "working " were doing the bare minimum. Some were on there phone and others had Attitudes. When asked for stake the young lady turned around and looked at the grill and said it would be awhile. We then said we'll go with the chicken. Right when she scooped the chicken into the bowl someone said stake was done. The service was not good at all. There was no customer service. It didn't seem like any Chipotle I have visited before. We did get our food to-go. When we got home and started to eat we noticed the sour cream had a really bad taste to it . It was so bad that we couldn't eat it anymore. We both only had maybe 3 to 4 bites before noticing the bad sour cream. I don't think we will be visiting this location anymore unless the get better management.

Overall usually good but last time I went there yesterday, the guy wrapping the burritos had no idea how to wrap it without it being a mess. I had meat, beans, salsa, cheese and sour cream. The guy couldn't figure out how to use the fact that I double wrapped it to lay the tortillas off set of eachother to get more room to have ingredients inside. I just walked out.

Avoid this chipotle if you can. Unfortunately, just go to Greenville instead. Unprofessional isn't even the word. One visit I had got two bowls, it was old and disgusting so I called to try and return the other unopened bowl. In summary, their "manager" decided she going to get tough with me over $8.00. Asking what was I going to do about it. Like sis, me fighting over food isn't ever going to be a thing. Second time I come in for the salad dressing only. I ask for 3, he rolls his eyes and brings back one. Then I ask for another. He says "just to let you know these are $1 each". Ok dear, so I'll pay for it, no problem. (Note: the amount is way less than the standard cup too). Guess he was too lazy to stop talking to his friend at the table to ring me up. (Mind you they have a sign that says online only on the door to probably avoid people). Just pitiful really. I don't understand the need to hire young, lazy and disgustingly rude employees. If you don't like the fast food business, check out then.
