Chick fil a is like a mullet.Looks like a basic Chick fil a business from the front.All party in the back. 3 lanes to order.They come up to your car take your order. The girl was very friendly it was very hot out. They check your name you pull up all 3 lines are moving food going everywhere it was amazing. I felt like I was on a Disney ride...lolThe food was pretty good too.
This place is always under staffed. They have 3 lanes and the 3rd lane is a joke. If you want to get in and out make sure you are in the first 2 lanes. Those lanes are slow but not as slow as the third lane. Cars are still hanging out into hwy. Then they have the nerve to stuff your food into the smallest bag. They will forget to put your condiments in the bag after you’ve mentioned it to them. If the managers and CEO’s are reading this I would like to know if you would go through the drive thru? How would you feel if cars that came in behind you went through the other lines, got their food and are long gone? Literally took 25 minutes to get in and out.
5th time in a row I've gotten home from picking up an order at the drive through and something is missing. It's not OK and no I'm not going to come back to get it. Once they had a delivery driver drop off the missing item that was great. But this time they ask d me to come back and I said no and then they offered to supply a reward in the cfl app for the missing item. I asked about a refund and they said no.
I worked here.. Not only are the customers rude as heck but so are the managers! The praise the lazy workers and harp on the good employees. The funniest thing of all is they will fire anyone and everyone to try and get the customer service better but they are not looking outside the box… being get rid of bad management…. If you had bad customer service just know that employee was probably barked at or was harassed about something that shift.
Asked for a yogurt parfait with cookies, asked SPECIFICALLY for no berries, just crushed cookies, they gave me 4 blueberries, no cookie crumbles AT ALL. Didn't give sauce for the chicken sandwhiches either.
Ordered 30 piece nuggets, and large fries. They only give me 3 sauce packets. What kinda of BS is that. Didn't even give me the one's I asked for. Heck I would have paid extra for more.
I don't go there often but when I do they are very nice and polite where I live doesn't have a Chick-fil-A but Spartanburg does so when I go back up that way I'll definitely go back to them
Had issues with the order because an employee didn't ring it up right and when we got to the window they hollered at my wife about it. The food itself could have been much better there was too much soggy breading on the chicken The fries were very wimpy and greasy just not a good experienceMy wife went back and ordered some Hash browns. had some burnt ball , broken HB and a waffle fries. This is the worst CFA I have ever been to.and it's not getting any better!
Got 3 packs of chicken minis for myself and thought I'd treat friends at work. Never been to a chick fil a before. Cold, dry tiny pieces of chicken on itty bitty soggy cold buns. Not again thank you.. this was at 7:30 am.
I love this Chick-fil-A. Prior to the building they have now it was very small and I got a chicken sandwich there one day. Then when I went back to get another one about a week later the building had been torn down. And I swear to you and literally no time at all this new building popped right back up. They're better than Houdini. And I love their sandwiches.
