We stopped in for the peach milkshakes, a seasonal item. The line was short, and the staff was friendly and efficient. They asked if we wanted whipped cream and a cherry, and of course we said “Yes!”The shakes were delicious with big pieces of peaches throughout.Stop in while they are still available!
We had a door dash order; and the lobby is empty there is someone washing the side walk with a power washer, there is someone mopping in the lobby. So we get in the drive thru to get the order, takes a while to get to the speaker. Once we get there they say they can't get the order and have to come in. This is 10 minutes before they close. And now we have to wait in line to go around the building. Once I got in to the lobby the floor was wet. That was just a bad experience.
very disappointed with the service at this location. my partner and i came through the drive thru to order this evening at 9:30, since online it said that they closed at 10. we sat at the menu and no one greeted us, but we heard multiple giggles over the intercom. we decided to pull up to the window to see what was going on, and a girl opened the window and rudely said "yes?". we politely asked if they were closed and she said that they closed at 9:30 on weeknights. that's fine, but we didn't need the attitude.
Chick-fil-A what can I say they're always good. And I'm glad they stopped saying my pleasure cause that was starting to freak me out a little bit . I mean seriously how much pleasure did you derive from handing me a paper sack full of food. Whoever started that needs to stop and you employees hate it and so does this public. You sandwiches are the only thing that saved you on that one man.
Of course the food was delicious, but we ordered from catering a week prior and they did not make the food until I got there to pick it up. I had to wait almost 30 mins and was late to the event for which I was supposed to bring the food.
Remember to ask for condiments for your sandwich! Not just Chick-fil-A, all fast food restaurants, don't put ketchup in the bags. I remember when you didn't have ask for ketchup, mustard or mayonaise!
I eat here almost daily (eventhough I am not a huge fan of chicken). But several times getting the soup, which you pay a hefty price for, and they don't even fill up the bowl. 1 pack of crackers. It is like pulling teeth to get them to give you condiments. I would post a picture if it would allow. My bowl is about half full.
