I took my toddler and my preschooler into the Chick-fil-A for lunch and a potty break while we were running errands. Before we even got in line they were offered balloons. We even got extra balloons when my son popped his. I was planning on ordering and then using the bathroom before picking up the food, but the food was ready as soon as I had ordered it. The employee helped me carry my order to the table since I had a lot to handle with the kids drinks and my own. (I think they usually bring the food to your seat anyway with dine in). The bathrooms were thankfully clean and they had a stool under the sink for small children. That is so helpful! The food was great! Miss Diane that works there is so sweet. It's a great restaurant.
I have been to many different Chick-fil-A locations across the United States and just like all of those locations this location has top notch service. Friendly staff, delicious food, fast service you can't go wrong. Chick-fil-A is the only place you can go to with a large line and still go through faster than any fast food places with a quarter of the line. They have a great reputation for a reason.
I usually love Chick fil la but seems like the last few times I have been there has been so frustrating. If you order soup in the drive thru, they dont tell you its not available until wait for it fir your entire lunch and then they offer you a refund.
I love Chick-fil-A with all my heart and soul but they always short me on fries!! Every time I get a large fry, it looks like a small fry. Wish my large was actually a large.

Last 3 times I’ve gone, I’ve ordered a large fry and I get home to realize it’s not even half full all 3 times!! Its ok once... for this to happen each time is getting pretty frustrating! Like, I’m asking for a large for a reason! I shouldn’t be paying for a large and getting a small!?
Great Chick-Fil-A good. Very busy at times often blocking traffic within the shopping center, however the staff do a good job a keeping the drive thru line moving.
Have been going here many years, and I’ve had items missing like sauce or fries randomly. But the last time we went a few weeks ago they completely forgot the kids meal we ordered. (He said the girl even called out the kids meal when bringing to the car too!). How sad is this for a mobile order ?? Husband trusted them got home and we didn’t want to go back, so husband had to give most of his food to our kid that night. I called several times no answer then got someone finally. A girl that said no management was there to refund me, sounded like she could care less about it. I have no clue if they even refunded me the following day! Because I deleted the chick fil a app after that experience. Do better chick fil a!!!
Dining room was closed, we had to walk through the drive thru. Very nice as always. Milkshakes 11/10
It's Chick-fil-a. Their service is so spectacular, the only thing more they could do is change your oil and check the air in your tires while you wait.
