This location is great the food is always good and staff is always friendly. The one time they made a small mistake and left something out I called back and they took not of it to credit me later. The manager remembered me by name and did not even have to look but up when I asked if I could get the Whopper they left off. That is crazy good service for a restaurant that gets that much traffic. Will be getting Whoppers from here as long as I live in the area.
Da heck was that experience. Went to the drive thru...ordered new whopper melt, because it looked good. Paid at the first window but the receipt was for another order. Da heck. Told the 2nd window. She returned and rerang. Looked at receipt and wondered why I was charged for cheese on a meal that comes with cheese (hence the melt in the name). The heck. It was a debacle. They finally got it straightened out but poor people behind me. And you know for all the trouble y'all could have just comped the meal or done something for the time wasted, frustration, and inconvenience. I gave y'all a two star before, y'all now have downgraded to one star. Shame.
It's burger King. Either you like it or you don't, the service was fast
First time that l went the women, was rude cuz l dont pronounce well salt, the sencond time that l went the table was derty and the food was dry, not happy with the service there
There is a need for reestablished management. My family and I ordered simple whopper combos, they could not get 4 whopper combos correct. I ask for no pickles and no mayo, what do I receive? Pickles and mayo....I would prefer the older generation employed than the younger generation. The older generation always serve my orders correctly and with fresh vegetables on my burger. The younger generation do not seem to care at all. They will serve you small overdue tomatoes and overdue lettuce and sometimes a cold meal. This burger King deserves to be passed on, until they improve their service and hospitality.
Rude staff. Just ordered The chicken fry meal and it was absolutely terrible. Tasted like the chicken was cooked a couple of hours ago. What a waste of almost 9 dollars. Thanks for reminding me why I never go to Burger King.
The bacon cheeseburger was very good. I also had a chocolate shake and it was good too. Bought my son some chicken fries and he said very good he ate all of them. Their barbeque sauce is pretty good. Give them a try if you are in the area.
The people are fine but the service is slow for having no customers. Also, im surprised bk is still in business. Your breakfast biscuits so dry it makes Popeyes biscuits look moist. The actual company needs to step it up. Maybe pay your employees more so they're more motivated. Bk used to be awesome back in the day but somewhere along the line the ceo must have taken a hit in their divorce or something and lost out, causing their business to suffer.
The food was hot and good and the staff was friendly. The only thing negative is you have to wait in line for a very long time. But then again most drive-thru restaurants have a long wait time.
This branch seems to be very well run, the employee at the cashier stand was friendly and knowledgeable. He took my order quickly which was very simple. However the person behind me had a complicated order and he expertly handled it. The food was hot and fresh and delicious.
