We dined tonight and Jaquez was our requested waiter. We absolutely love Jaquez. Always on point and remembers our drinks. Long Island Ice Tea and a Pineapple Mojito. Our experience is always great with Jaquez. Please make sure that you let him know he is appreciated.
Been craving wings for a couple weeks so drove all the way across town to eat here.Waited a surprising about of time to be seated. No line, just everyone that worked there passed is by while we were standing there. Someone finally acknowledged our existence and seated us.We ordered. Person with me received and finished there meal when the server as passing by said yours will be out in a minute. Never received any refills, never got napkins. Server never stayed at the table long enough for us to be able to tell her we wanted anything since the empty glasses went unnoticed.About another 10 minutes go by when my wings and order of tots came out. Excited to finally have my food, it was cold. Not cold as in not hot as if it just finished cooking. Cold as in, not sure where it was sitting in the 30 minutes it took to reach the table that it could have gotten that cold. Wings and tots both. Obviously wasn't waiting for it to cook.All but had to trip the server to get her attention. Informed her of the situation and asked to pay for the food that was eaten and leave, she asked if we would rather have it remade. My initial reaction was don't you close in 45 minutes, but keeping to better behavior, politely said no and asked again for the check. Paid and now going somewhere so that I can also eat supper.
We arrived around 7:30 and it took about 10 minutes before we were seated. We were seated and we were sitting there for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The young lady got our drinks and our appetizer order and then before bringing us our drinks she came back and asked for our order. The manager was sweeping the floors rather than helping out her staff and in front of me and my in laws she told the waitress that she needs to hurry up and pick up the pace and not to get behind. I felt so bad for the girl because that is embarrassing. Management should have done their part and helped the staff that they did have. We won’t be back…not because of the service or the food but because i don’t want to spend my money in a place that lacks respect for their servers. so from one server to the other do yourself and find another job that will actually take the time to train you and appreciate you for your work.
We were there earlier tdy and what seemed to be a decent experience,turned south quick. My husband's wings were hard and cold..if our waitress would have smiled just a little, it would have been great.. after I gave our server our ticket and cash to pay, we had 2 ladies yell to us outside as we got to the car and say that we didn't pay. I have NEVER BEEN SO EMBARRASED. Definitely will not be back.

Very mentally ill and uneducated bunch of apes work here who don't even know how to function like a human being.
From the moment I walked in, I waited about 12mins before even someone even greeted me. Be advised the place had about 12 people total in the place. The only reason I gave it a 3 rating because Maddy the bartender handled us better than my waitress. After my food came out my wings were cold and my beer in which I had to settle for a blue moon. I was told their were out of Stella. I closed out my tab and went to the bar and was attended the way a patron should be. I honestly think management may need to be changed out before you go out of business.
They were out of food, out of sauces and out of drinks, when we got the ranch for our food it was hidden valley. I asked the girl where they closing down and she said she didn’t know and it’s been like this a while. We ended up leaving because we wanted real food. Won’t ever return it was horrible.
Service was slow. Picked two different draft beers only to find out they were out. When the bill came, we were charged for a beer! Volume of the television was so loud the table behind us were shouting their conversations. We had to beg for refill on ice tea. Manager was nowhere to be found. BOH and FOH are not working together. Terrible experience!
When I went in it was Super Bowl 2022. 1130 am. Their was 1 table with customers. The rest were empty. 5 workers watched me come in and stand there for 5 minutes before I got help. I ordered online. She told me I owed $1.08. I pulled up my email and showed her I paid online. She said no, we charge .99 plus tax for pickups now. I showed her my phone again. I paid it online. After the 3rd time she looked and said "oh. Idk I will get manager". I ordered my husband Buffalo wings and 2 orders of celery. I opened the box she had in front of me in a bag. It was just wings. I said I ordered him Buffalo wings. She went into the back cane back and said oh ya, its SB Sunday so all sauce is on side...here. she gave me 3 sauces and brought out celery and carrots. Again, the place was empty and she acted as if I was an inconvenience. My husband didn't like his wings. We WILL NEVER go back. It used to be one of his fave places. Wings ETC will be his wing place from now on!
