First time going there. Got 3 dofferent milkshakes and all of them were great!
I love this place! They have a huge selection of ice cream and shakes!! I've never had anything i didn't love from here!
Been here a few times, always get order right. The Ice cream is good. Price is ok.
I love their ice cream, lil guy at the window had his finger touching my ice cream and looked at me funny when I asked him to make another cone and not put his finger in it. He just looked at the strawberry ice cream on his finger and walked away from the window. That doesn't happen every time, but when it does, they will make u another cone.
They would get 4 stars just because they're Brusters, but... Although this location is closer to our home, we usually go to the one near Main across town from this one. This one doesn't like to hand out napkins and never asks if you are a rewards member. The other one does...
I was so excited to taste Bruster's ice cream after reading the 4 and 5 star ratings. I love ice cream and finally got the chance to try it for the first time. We bought pints of Espresso Yo Self, Double Dark Chocolate and Butter Pecan. I must say after tasting the ice cream, it was lackluster and bland. It lacked the creamy velvety texture I get from premium ice cream and tasted more like ice milk. For me, it was NOT the best tasting ice cream I ever had. I upped it to three stars because it was average.
I would have given 5 stars, but they have no Covid/Omicron protocols! No gloves or masks and they're scooping with faces and bodies over the ice cream. Do employees get tested? They are nice however. Won't visit again till covid's over.
I love Bristers ice cream so so so much, I just wanted to let you know I really really disliked a flavor I just tried “wedding cake” letting you guys know- maybe I’m not the only one who really hates it

Good ice cream but one of the women that works there is horrible. Bad attitude. Slammed the window on me when I said this isn’t what u ordered.
