Best ever, I just can't get enough of it. Bo rounds are great, buffalo bites delicious.
The food was decent. The service has a little to be desired. Service was a little slow, and there was a slight mix up with the order, but overall it was fair.

I pulled up to the drive thru and they told me there drive thru was down…so I asked the lady to repeat what she said then tells me again and that I’ll need to come in side. How would your drive thru be down?? That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard! Your just lazy and don’t wanna work. Clearly I could hear her and she could hear me so what’s the problem?
Dining room is closed took 15-20 minutes in the drive thru to get my food. ordered mashed potatoes and gravy was not given silverware pulled around Went to the door it was locked and employee came out asked what I needed told her I needed a spork or spoon for my mashed potatoes she brings me back a fork and knife.

Love it food always hot biscuits are to die for and add that new mountain dew drink. It's a winner. Winner chicken dinner
Went through drive thru at 845pm. Asked for an 8 piece family meal was told we could only get dark meat. Asked for coffee slaw and mashed potatoes, was told we could only choose from Mac and cheese green beans and rice. Asked for a discount bc we couldn't get anything we wanted and the manager said no he was about to close on 5 minutes. This business Justus edited time about a week ago that said the drive thru is open until 10. For the lack of hospitality I will no go back.
I eat at Bo's pretty regularly, but that's the first time I've had breakfast the bo rounds were the bomb!
Ordered 12 piece family meal online. My meal was supposed to be ready at 7:02, got to Bojangles & my order wasn't only not ready, but they had not even started my order because they didn't even know they had an online order. I got my order at 7:20.This place is always slow & has terrible customer service.
