Ordered bo rounds was given fries. Bo rounds was on the receipt. Long wait apparently for fresh tenders and they were very small and cooked past crispy. Gave us tea with no ice until I asked about it then given a cup of ice. They need to have better management to watch over what is going on and watch what is going out the door. If not they are going to continue to lose business. I will try the new one being built near my house once they open. Hopefully a lot better.
The general incompetence of the staff at this restaurant is astounding. The service is always incredibly slow and the orders are often wrong. Don't come to this location unless you have at minimum 45 minutes to get your food.
We went through the drive through. Got the family meal. We are missing 4 biscuits, the seasoned fries had barely anything in it even though we ordered 2 sides of fries and a side of green beans. We went in to get everything fixed with no type of refund or apology. Only 3 people were working here. If you aren't able to fulfill the customers needs then why are you open???? Definitely poor management is over this place. Definitely won't be back
Always , Always...Always check your order. I ordered 2 breasts and the box was light. I gave it back and the receipt said 2 breast...only one... I won't go on about the yelling I heard while waiting...Always...Always...Always...check your order
Will not order steak biscuit again. Tried it twice. Biscuit is great but the steak is not. Not sure what the ingredients are but it's like eating something mixed with cornmeal.
Need more employees. Drive thru takes too long to service customers & doesn't give out correct orders.

I went to the one on main Street in Spartanburg. They did not have any more potatoes, no Sierra mist, no chicken ready( I had to wait twenty-five minutes). I bought four drinks but they were out of coasters. The chicken was hot but the fries were not and they where full of salt.
Placed an order online at 6:05 PM with an ETA pickup of 6:40. Arrived at 6:50. Order had not even been started. Was told last batch of chicken was fried at 5:30... I ordered a 20 pc all dark. Offered me 12 pc white all that was left from apparently over an hour ago... plus whatever tenders they could scrounge up and some extra sides. Also kept referring to my order as a “door dash”. Will note I tried calling the store twice before placing the online order. Answer and hang up, followed by no answer.
Best gravy and biscuit! Great service.
