This location has really improved over the past few months. Great service, sandwiches made to perfection, as well as low wait times. Highly recommend!
Horrible they forgot my fries like this seems to be normal know days. Charge me full price in combo an bo fries. Not only but during the order the lady literally asked crinkle fries or curly fries. I said curly yet she still forgot them. Straight worst service ever
I’m not sure who took my order but she was up there by herself. 11/10 for her customer service! Lady with blue nails. Being as I used to work at this store & another Arbys, people with excellent customer service are few, far & in between. I appreciate you, blue-nailed girl thanks for making my day with how sweet you were!
Ordered a Half Pound French Dip Combo, 4 piece mozzarella stick, and a regular beef and cheddar sandwich. Paid $20.00 and received a regular French dip sandwich roast beef and cheddar sandwich and a drink. Not large and no fries.... How hard is it to pull an order
Great experience for a lunchtime drive thru. It was relatively busy yet it ran smoothly. I can say that even the quality of the food as well as the service was also pretty great for 1 p.m

I ordered a chicken club wrap combo. I was told at the speaker the cost was $6.37, but when I got to the window the cost was $10.34. Everything in the mealil was what I ordered, but the club rap was lacking in substance inside of the wrap,and the wrap itself was tough. It definitely did not look packed like the picture on the menu. I got no receipt, & can't find prices online,, but I feel I overpaid for the lack of quality in the wrap.
I got the new spicy chicken sandwich just the sandwiches was 7$ then I was told you only get the shake if you order the combo for 10$ so I wanted to cancel my order was told I couldn't . So I got the sandwiches I was disappointed .small chicken breast. A lot of sauce he did melt the cheese with the microwave. This sandwich is for a limited time . I hope that true
Where do I start. Went through, ordered my food, asked for curly fries, sandwiches and a drink. Got to the window, gave the woman x-amount of money and she hands back the wrong change based on the total she gave me. Then she tells me she gave me the wrong amount at the speaker. Her excuse was she was busy and short handed. Then when I got home, no curly fries. And the crinkle fries she gave me were old and cold. Wont go back again.
