seated immediately it was close to 5 pm and it was slow.Waitress was quick to take our drink orders, and appetizer order.Boyfriend ordered a drink from the bar and it sat on the bar for over 10 minutes before the waitress got it.Again they were SLOW maybe 20 people if that in the restaurant. We ordered our meals. My tea glass sat empty for about 20 plus minutes before I was offered anything else. They weren’t busy at all and yet our food came out staggered. Part of my boyfriends meal came out a few minutes late the rest came out.And I sat and waited probably about 15 minutes for my meal. The managers excuse is “she’s our only waitress “ and I pointed out to her they aren’t even busy. So what’s the excuse for poor customer service and by not being busy why weren’t we served our meal at the same time. We didn’t even get to eat together. We watched each other eat.Sad. And you work in a restaurant, it’s dinner time and you have one waitress? Yeah no that’s not how you operate dinner time.Won’t be back. Wasn’t impressed. And honestly my food wasn’t even that good. Felt it wasn’t a point in letting them know I’m sure they wouldn’t care as they didn’t seem to care when I mentioned the lack of attention by the waitress.

This location was very displeasing. Now I see why there was no cars in the parking lot on a Sunday afternoon. I felt like we were being pranked because there was a hair in the sour cream the utensils was dirty so had to ask for plastic and the steak ordered well done was burnt to to a black crisp at the bottom and even when flipped over and the waitress seen it she was in culture shock herself and apologize that they sent that out like that. When asked for it medium well it ended up coming out raw so it was a lose-lose and had to give it to my dog. I would not be going back there.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Very poor customer service and rude host that was standing at the front door. It wasn't even busy. She told me 5 minutes. 5 minutes turned into 30 minutes. I asked again when could we be seated and she sucked her teeth and walked off. I will never visit this place again. I should've asked for a manager but I was really taken by surprise by the nasty attitude and was with little children. The Westside Applebee's is much friendlier.

The waitress was awesome 5 stars , the food was awful. The chicken tenders and boneless wings were hard as a rock and dry.We got 2 Oriental Chicken salad's, there were about 6-8 tiny pieces of chicken on each salad = 1 tender each. The chicken tenders platter, kids tender meal, and kids Mac meal was hard chicken, with semi warm fries.Someone vomited right beside our table ,after about 10 minutes the manager got it up Our poor waitress was running between waiting tables and crib side pick up. The Bee use to a good place to go for a nice meal....uhm SMH .

Asked to sit at a table due to a dirty booth. Sat there for about 15 minutes. Servers never looked our way once. Saw them sitting in a booth counting their tips and cutting up. Guy that seated us was polite and courteous.

Don't waste your time. Tried twice within week. Both times with very few tables seated, all the workers just walk past everyone waiting to be seated like no one is there. This time two parties in front of us left with a line out the door and still we were all completely ignored like no one is there. Never try again.

These servers are the best. They just go out their way make sure you happy and full. Keeps me coming back for more

Got there 20 minutes till close but they were still willing to start us after we stood ignored for 7 minutes waiting to be seated. Short, dark haired, not very neat appearance woman i believe was manager finally did seat us after rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing under her breath and being extremely unprofessional. Nice young waitress with long dark hair came and took our order, but when the salads came, there was no silverware. We were ignored by the same rude lady, the bar tender, and a lady budding the tables near us as we waited for them to see we had no silverware. After not touching the salads and still being ignored when only one of three tables in the restaurant, we got up and walked out... thank you for a great dinner that night... COOK OUT!!!!

I have never been to this Applebees so we wanted to give it a try. I’m not one to complain unless I feel I have a valid reason. Before you bash me, I understand that a lot of businesses are short staffed but there is no room for poor customer service when you are in the business of serving the public. My boyfriend and I walked in, there was a mother and her child who were standing there waiting to be seated along with 2 other couples and then a family came in behind us. There was no hostess. We waited until the couple in front of us left, the mother and child said they had been waiting for over 10 minutes and still had not even been spoken to or recognized. Not one waitress or bartender who clearly saw us all never even acknowledged us to say, sorry for your wait, someone will be right with you. Being in customer service and working with the public all of my life, this is something I cannot tolerate. I went looking and asking a waitress for the the hostess or the manager. She did say she would go try to find hostess. Thanks to her, after a few minutes, the hostess appears. I told her the lady and child had been waiting for over 10 minutes. Not a smile, not an apology for waiting, nothing to acknowledge the rest of us waiting. Several waitresses walked by us and never even looked our way. I hope they get it together as they lost two paying customers tonight along with the ones who left before us. People, including myself just want some type of acknowledgment and everything would’ve been fine. We would’ve stayed. Businesses, even though you may be short staffed, it’s still up to your management to provide the best customer service period.

My Applebees experience, no matter which location, has never been able to provide a medium well steak, as ordered. My hubby's response, as always, is why do you expect to get a perfectly cooked steak at anything other than a steak house? My response: because it's on the menu. (Drops the mic)
