The best food in town. They serve more than hot dogs with that superb homemade chili (regular and spicy)! They have big juicy pork chop sandwiches, the old thick delicious bologna sandwiches, sea food plates that are finger licking good, big mouth watering hamburgers, large chicken salads, grilled cheese and pimento cheese sandwiches, scrumptious BLTs, filling chicken strips etc.. stop by pick up a menu and place your order, call in your order or dine in, either way you'll be pleased.
Staff was friendly and respectful… Chili dogs and fries was AMAZING!! Everything separately was even good.. the chili is good it reminds me of sloppy Joe Lol… the hotdog was grilled or fired idk it was good lol… the fries and bun was even good… wish i would’ve gotten some onion rings… food was priced good imo 4 chili dogs with cheese,2 fries 2drinks was $20.. if you like Ike’s {eww} you will LOVE HERE!! Wish their hours was longer…
Been here multiple times and this place never disappoints. Owners very friendly, spicy chili is fantastic, great hidden gem , definitely recommend
I got SO lucky that I suddenly wanted a hotdog while driving through the area. The hotdog with "spicy chili" was amazing almost sweet. I also tried their fried bologna sandwich (thanks for the spelling help Oscar Mayer) it was SO good. This will become a regular stop over anytime possible when I come through the area and it should be for everyone else as well.
My son shared with me this establishment as one of his favorite lunch spots. I appreciate the gesture and will certainly return any time I need to scratch a hotdog itch. Friendly ownership and a good selection of offerings. For my first visit, I ordered the 2-hotdog meal, which includes crinkle fries and a drink - fountain or bottle. Nice touch!My son recommended having one regular and one atomic dog. I followed his advice that I forward to you. While other toppings are available for additional $ the standard fixings are mustard, chili, and onions. I went this route. Why mess with a classic? I liked both hotdogs, but I prefer the extra kick in the chili that accompanies the eponymous Atomic Dog.Great place for lunch and lives up to its reputation.
Great hotdogs and onion rings are what I had. The Atomic Hotdog is the right amount of heat. They other menu items which I am sure are goodI will definitely go back for more of those hotdogs.
Best hot dogs around. All beef hotdogs, and grilled at that. Chili is chunky with a touch of sweetness. Cole slaw is delicious. Sweet tea is on point. First visit and definitely my go to spot when I'm in the mood for hotdogs.
First time here and I will definitely be back ! The hotdogs are really good ( I love a fried hotdog , boiled ones are nasty ) , but the chili , lord the chili is what puts the icing on the cake ! Simply amazing ! Ordered some fries and wanted to go back in to add some chili to the fries but I didn’t want to seem greedy lol great customer service as well ! Again I’ll definitely be back !
Best hot dogs we’ve had in a long time! Service is fast and very friendly. Prices are very reasonable. We loved everything about this Spartanburg treasure!!
We went for lunch today and it was great! The Atomic Dog was outstanding and the onion rings were sooo good! The entire staff was so sweet that we felt like family by the time we left. We will certainly go back. Don’t miss out on this local gem of a restaurant!!
