I went through the drive thru a couple Sundays ago, and the food was less than edible. Cold hard fries, hard boneless wings with no sauce, rubbery cheese bites. It was awful. I decided to give it another chance today, the cheese bites were overcooked to the point there was hardly any cheese in them and the fries were cold. I even told the "manager" about the Sunday incident with the hopes of having fresh food but she hardly offered an apology and didn't offer to make things right or ensure my food was good this time. I won't waste anymore money here.

It's good food, friendly service, a clean environment and just an all around nice ambience.
Super fast service, hot chicken, bacon seemed a little reduced from my previous Cobb Zalads though.
The hours on Google, their door, the sign on the window, when you call, and when you actually walk into the restaurant are all completely different. We called ahead to ensure they were open on the inside, but when we arrived about 10 minutes later the guy at the counter said they were in fact closed. Very irritating.
Save yourself the time and go to a different zaxbys. Worst experience ever. The girl at the drive thru window had no personality and didn't even speak to me. The guy bagging the food was eating while handling it. Cheese bites we received had to have been sitting out for awhile as they were cold and rubbery. Fries were stale chicken was cold. Horrible service and quality.
Great customer service! A little pricey!
Really sad to see this Zaxby's go downhill. I worked here when it first opened and was really proud of how great of a fast food restaurant it was. We never served stale fries and old, hard chicken sandwiches, especially at 6:00pm on a Friday. This is a management problem and they need to step up their game or go somewhere else and let competent people run the restaurant. And if you're going to advertise a "signature sandwich", it shouldn't be the most consistently poorly made menu item.
They had a sign outside that said their dining room was closed, but you could order inside. I went to the counter and was told I could only order from the drive through. Lock the door then, and don't put a sign up saying your order is ready inside.
