We almost never come here because the wait is 30-45 min just in the drive through. Topical Grill was closed this afternoon and there was only one car in the line at Simpsonville zaxbys and this was at 1:49….it is now 2:27 and we still do not have food, 4 girls at the window and wanted me to pull up, there is no one else here still waiting ….
The Girl named Kierra is so rude and disrespectful and the manager that worked with her on 04/21/2022 is just as rude and disrespectful, if they continue their employment there the business will definitely have a very bad reputation. Please get better employees because these two definitely make our Zaxby’s in Simpsonville look very bad!!! Do better Zaxby’s!!!?
Very, very long line @ drive-thru but the wait was not too long. Food was good and order was accurate.
The food was fine but they were bringing it out four orders at a time. It was very slow and cars were wrapped around the building.
Hands down the slowest, dirtiest zaxbys location on the face of the earth. Orders are rarely correct. They skimp on wing sauce. You will be happier driving over to the fountain inn zaxbys and will probably still receive your food fast with drive time included lol
Can’t even get orders right after you tell them. Get to the window repeated back then get order and it’s wrong. It’s pretty bad that they weren’t even busy
This experience was rough. Took 30 minutes and the order was wrong. I know it’s hard do get employees etc right now, but somehow Chic fil A still delivers a good product. Zaxbys hasn’t figured it out yet . I hope the owner reads this and make some changes. Because we do like Zaxby’s food.
Came through the drive thru... Order and they tell me to pull up that's they would bring me my food. I said that's fine but please dont forget ketchup. Honey mustard and barbeque sauce. They assure me they wont. I get ready to pull up and its a complete traffic jam because so many cars are "pulled up". They literally have to come outside to show everyone where to pull so they people behind me can pull up too. I understand every one is short staffed. After a little while I get my food and go home. No ketchup. No barbeque sauce. No honey mustard. No forks. One stew short. Again I understand you are short staffed but I just came from my short staffed job to spend 26.00 there. At least take the time to get the orders right so im not explaining to children why they didn't get ketchup with fries or sauce with chicken nuggets.
Same thing with Chick-fil-A very good stuff so they're usually pretty busy so you might have to wait unfortunately they have the most insanely bad parking lot at this location I may have ever entered
