I ordered from your website for delivery today. Contact info has been messaged on main Wendy's DMs. When order was delivered by doordash, there was no tea with my order, and they just said "They didn't give it to me". If I had ordered through door dash, I could get a refund, but since it was through your website, I had to go through there. The website didn't have an option for delivery reports, as it needed receipt info. I called the local store and was told the manager would have to handle anything besides "pick a tea yourself" offered by the person who would not identify themselves on the phone. I paid $4 in delivery fees, around $3 in handling fees, and $2 for the tea. If I could just come pick up the tea, I wouldn't have ordered delivery. I was told the manager would be in any minute and would call me. That was over an hour and a half ago and now they won't answer the phone and the message inbox is not set up. Please make this right.
JUST DRIVE TO MCDONALDS OR BURGER KING. Food was awful. Wife took 2 bites of her dry awful burger. Employees just standing around. One had her airbuds in. Manager in purple hat just doesn’t care.
Went here for breakfast, because at other Wendy’s locations we have had great tasting food and iced coffee. Pulled through this morning and ordered the usual with a large iced coffee. Morning was ruined because it was pure water with a few drops of coffee in it. It was like it was supposed to be a joke. 0/10 do not recommend!
Not only do the food be cold, old they like to give you what you didn’t order as well. I asked for chicken sandwich, add tomato and cheese. Old tomato, no cheese and added a bread holder ? thank you but I’d rather not. I don’t know if they be in a rush but this is unacceptable!!!
TERRIBLE SERVICE! The person in front of me was serviced! I get to the speaker at 11:15pm and the guy says nothing! Completely ignored me. After waiting several minutes I drive to the window to see if maybe he just didn’t register that I was there. The man looked at me, walked over and turned the lights out! At 11:22pm! They are supposed to service until Midnight! So disrespectful! I will NEVER come here again!!! Let me also add, there were three people in line behind me when this happened! Lost business because of extremely careless and lazy workers.
If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. We waited in the drive thru line at the speaker to order for 15 minutes while it was a car getting their food at the window around 10:30pm Monday . No one never answered went to the window to see if the restaurant was closed 2 employees walked pass the window serval times trying not to come tell us anything. we waited another 10 minutes just to be lied to saying the store was closed. they were laughing and talking and just really avoiding us ..
The lady that was working the counter was really engaging. She complimented my shoes and welcomed me in. She asked if I had been there before and even invited me back. Her service was completely unexpected and refreshing. I'm going back.
The worst came here 20 mins ago got a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich meal. Sandwich had no cheese no tomato and one big lettuce. Got to the window and got my food. Told the black manager or whatever he suppose to be. That my order was wrong. Told me to pull up!!!!! Brought me another sandwich out which still was not the sandwich I ordered!!!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!!!!!
Went through the drive thru to try their advertised crispy and hot fries. It was a disappointment. The fries were hot but not crispy. We wanted to try the maple bacon chicken on a croissant but we were told it's a breakfast item.I gave 5 stars because the person taking the order was very polite.
Busy drive-through line. We waited approx 15 minutes curbside for our order after ordering drive-thru. Unclear if indoor dining was open..didnt look it. They may be very shortstaffed. Usually I can rely on Wendy's in a pinch but the food was lukewarm, the nuggets were soggy and the burgers inconsistent (some had mustard, some didn't.) I don't blame the employees..it's just the times I guess.
