My children and fiancé and myself we enjoy uncle bertos all the time! Is very close to the house! The food is authentic. And very cheap…. Amazing ? I would recommend every time!!! Love it try it
This place used to be our go-to spot. We have gone almost every Tuesday for months after we drop off our child at their activity. I think today was the last of my money wasted. The bean dip was cold, basically chilled before it was given to us. The young girl behind the counter was more interested in packing to-go orders than giving us our finished food off the cart. The tortillas? They were basically chips. The prices are sit down dinner prices for counter service. Fajitas Mexicana $12.99 for a very small portion and you request a tip? Come on, at least walk it out if you want a tip like they used when they were "newer". Sad to let this one go, but for $30 for two, we can dine where we don't serve ourselves, still tip and then bus our own tables.. for rock hard tortillas and cold bean dip
Worst burrito I've ever had, veggies were barely cut, barely any meat in the burrito, salsa has no flavor. I was given beans in an espresso cup with my chips. Also asked for no sour cream and they put a bunch of it in there. The word "burrito" is in their name so I thought they would be good, dead wrong. I don't do reviews often but because this was so bad, I had to say something.
Placed an order at just after noon. Was ready within 15 minutes. We had several special requests and our order was spot on. There is a lot of flavor to the food. The only item we weren't the happiest with was the super burrito. It was thick but very small in length. I think the name misrepresents its size. Otherwise all other items were plentiful and flavorful. I especially like the guacamole salsa. Chips and beans come with the meal. I love beans with chips; you don't see complimentary beans at many places. Fast and flavorful.
Okay. Friend said this was the closest thing to California Mexican. Honestly, the burrito was good. But cold. The rice honestly wasn't even warm. The tea had a hotter temperature than the rice. We went at 3PM and business couldn't be an excuse. May try it again in a year or two, depends if owner cares enough to respond, could be sooner.

Got an online order, tacos were just ok and came with lettuce which was weird. Received wrong drinks all around. Spent a pretty penny to have this many bad things in the order. Won't try again
I have been to this restaurant before and it was really good. Today it was a bust! Worst Mexican Corn I have ever had and the grilled vegetable burrito tasted more steamed than grilled and a soggy burrito. I hope is was an off day but I won't be going back any time soon!
I love uncle Bertos and always come here but this past time was not good the experience was horrible . Got my daughter a kids combo and this is how it came! The beans tasted old and was watery and got half the portion size of rice in my other combos .
