6/19 Food was perfect. Literally. Hot, fresh not under cooked. Best visit we've had.Here's my complaint: the last two visits in a row, there was AN employee sitting alone (on break) at the ONLY table in the place set up for 8. Every other table seats 4. We are a family of 5.Neither time was either employee aware of their surroundings enough to volunteer to move (too involved on their phone) nor did a manager pay attention to see the issue. One guy taking up the largest area to sit with customers in the dining room.I'm sure this sounds petty as we just end up pushing two tables together anyway but it would be nice to have paying attention.
This place is fabulous! Not only is the food great but the entire staff is friendly and helpful. The business is clean throughout, which is very important to me. Go and enjoy a meal today! 😊
What can I say?! Tropical Grille in Simpsonville exceeds my expectations every time I go there (once or twice a week) the food is awesomely delicious, portions are right size, the Tea is fabulous!! The crew both day and night, because I've been for lunch and supper are Simply Amazing! Always friendly and ready to serve you with a smile! I highly recommend this place. Go try them out, you won't regret it!
Okay. Nothing exciting. Beans rice 3 oz of meat on a thick flour wrap yippee. The garlic, mayo, mustard condiment was good just not enough salt. Asked for mustard, regular yellow mustard cause it's fat free and who doesn't have mustard? they got confused, still shaking my head in that. Staff was nice but a bit stand offish? Maybe just me it just got weird after I asked for reg mustard.
I love Tropical Grille. It is typically fresh, and something my family and I treat ourselves to on Fridays. However yesterday, I ordered my classic bowl and received no pita bread with my order. I also noticed you have raised your prices and decreased portion size. Raising the prices I get because everything else is going up, but please do not decrease my portion size or leave out my pita bread that I paid for. Thanks
This place is amazing. Some of the best food you can get in a drive-thru. Pretty much everything about it is great, except their chicken sandwich is just ok, but not anything to give them four stars over. Every single thing I have had off of the menu is awesome. Their fries are literally next level. genuinely, I would say they have some of the best fries you can get. Also, with it being somewhat of a local business, it is a great place to go and grab a bit to eat. Also, the prices here aren't even too shabby. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Food was quick. And portioning on chicken and rest of the food was great. But you’re going to tell me I paid an extra dollar on guac and got this much?! I know guac is expensive for restaurants to make but if you’re going to charge a dollar it should be worth it. It’s barely a spoonful.
This restaurant was rude and the prices don’t match the menu! I asked the cashier about what the prices were listed on the menu outside versus what she told me and all she said was that sign not right and they prices went up! The I asked to speak to the manager and all he said was yes it went up! He had no manners and seemed to not care! Last time I’m going there! Will continue to go to the Woodruff Rd. Branch much better!
My family and I've been eating a tropical grill since they opened their original location. The quality of their food is still fantastic, albeit a little pricier. With that said, they now offer more options and our children love it. The place is spotlessly cleaned and maintained. The staff is ridiculously helpful and friendly. It's not the cheapest place to get a bite to eat, but you get what you pay for. The family meal deal was more food than a family of four could eat for dinner and I had enough left over for two lunches. This place rocks!
Great food! But also important the staff is great too! I appreciate their kindness and willingness to make everything right. You don't get that these days at most fast food places. Definitely recommend!
