My family and I were very excited to try The Slice. When we arrived the hostess told us that the only seats were the 4 seats on the inside of an 8 top, we came with 4 adults and a baby so this wouldn't work for us. Fortunately, the family at the end was just finishing up so they let us know so we waited inside for that table. The family was getting up and we were going to sit at the table when the hostess ran over and said they now have a 6 top that needs this take and we can't sit there. We obviously immediately left and did not even eat here. Rude staff and terrible customer service. We know who not to try to give our business to. Would not recommend, walk over to The Warehouse instead, tons of great food and drink options.
We absolutely love this pizza place. We are so happy you are back open. Our favorite pizza is the meatball but everything is perfection.
Moved to simpsonville from NY two years ago and have yet to find pizza as good as back home- until now. This place is AMAZING. The garlic knots are to die for. Huge NY style slices are awesome. We ordered a Grandma pie as well as a regular, both were incredible. Love this place!
Solid pizza spot. The dough was a great quality, but just a bit too dry and tough. I would actually recommend ordering with additional sauce or use ranch or marinara as a crust dip.The chicken tenders were pretty good and the fries were absolutely solid. Give this spot a try!
The garlic knots and sauce are outstanding we also loved the pizza log. We had four adults and three children in our party, so we ordered one large pepperoni pizza and one large stuffed crust pizza. Since we had the two appetizers before hand, the large pepperoni would have been enough. Both pizzas were delicious and the stuffed crust pizza is extremely filling. I used the dip sauce that came with the appetizers to dip my pizza crusts, can't let that awesome sauce go to waste.
Pizza Bianca: Light and crisp yet not over cooked on the crust. Cheese was good. Only bad thing is we had garlic knots before and that much garlic was a little overpowered for this type of pizza.Garlic knots: fantastic but very strong be ready.Vodka made me do it pasta: really good. Pasta cooked to perfection. Good mix of flavors.
Worst veggie pizza I’ve ever had. First time to order from this restaurant. Pizza dough was tough and the toppings were burnt. Will never order anything from here again. Not worth the cost.
Tried this for the first time last Friday 12/30. Pizza was excellent. While I was waiting to pick up the pizza, I enjoyed listening to the restaurant staff hoot and holler as they worked and cooked. It seemed like they really enjoy working there. I will definitely be back often.
