The staff was very attentive! I went in to spend four dollars. I wanted those AMAZING fries, and I also wanted the burrito. I was so disappointed when I was told by a young man by the name of Ali that the fries were no longer available. But that disappointment lasted SECONDS. He introduced me to the new menu items and I happily purchased them ALL! I wound up spending a lot more with NO REGRETS! Listen, just go…try something new, but get the employees favorite things! Everyone stay blessed and positive! ?????
This was the worst experience ever. Should have known to turn around and walk out when an employee walks past us with her hand over her mouth, walks into the bathroom and throws up. We ordered two Mexican Pizza combos but I got home the tacos were missing. There was a small curly hair on my son’s Mexican Pizza. I was pretty excited to get him his first ever MP. Needless to say he will never eat here again. My bean burritos were cold as well. This store is completely mismanaged. These kids didn’t give a darn about anything. I grew up working fast foods. If I had acted the way these kids do today, I would have been fired. It’s not the Taco Bell I remember.
As a door dasher that needs the orders to be complete when I get there they really didn't have good customer service. No one running the front register so I couldn't get the attention of anyone to ask about the order I had already been waiting on for 30 minutes. everyone was working on drive thru orders and ignoring me. I finally got the attention of someone hiding behind the drive thru window to ask if the order had even been started. It had not. They said they were busy and would get to it. I waited at least an hour for 1 burrito and a drink. Very disappointed considering I had to go back for another order but I sent in my husband and suddenly they were really fast :0
It took me about 5 minutes to get my online order. Because the ten or so employees standing around couldn't be bothered to come to counter. By the time I got it my order was cold. On top of all that the service was nasty!. They where very rude! I will never go to this taco bell again!!!!!!
Not a good experience today. Hate having to use the order kiosk. Can’t order a senior drink on it. Got my order messed up. My friend and I each placed our orders at the same time, I got mine and she got hers about 10 minutes later. Not user friendly. Used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Now-not so much!!!!
This might be the busiest and/or slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to. Expect to spend over 30-45 min in the drive thru or even when you order via the app. They haven't gotten my order wrong and the food is what you'd expect from Taco Bell but it's just disappointing to wait 40 min for a single cheesy gordita.
So you now have to place your order at a kiosk but it then takes 30 minutes for your food to get done. How does to take 30 minutes to make food that is already cooked? I won’t be back to this location.
Easily the worst restaurant on Fairview. 90% of the time it's packed and slow. It'd be faster to go to prison, get your 3 free meals, and get out by the time you even get to the intercom. The drive thru is too small for the demand which leads to cars spilling out into the local parking lot. Causing confusion and mayhem as everyone is too stupid and unorganized to figure out how to get in one long line. Save your time and go somewhere else unless you're high and need taco bell. Foods fine by the time you get it but once you get it you're already attending your own funeral.
Taco bell has improved so much recently! Always good drive through service and recieved entire order every time.
Had a large pick up order and they nailed it! Best Taco Bell experience we have had in quite a while. Food quality was perfect and they didn't make any mistakes! Thank you!
