Ordered 2 Italian footlongs double meat just the meat and the bread. No cheese, veggies, or sauces. 3 kids were working and were laughing took almost 15 minutes to make a sub in drive thru and still got it wrong. Ended up having to go inside which I never done at this location. When I went inside it was not clean and very nasty. I got charged $30 for sub and the kid act like it was okay. Everything had been sitting out so most of everything was yellow. Will definitely drive the extra 15 minutes to go to the Subway off Ray Talley by the Walmart super center.
Disgusting. I’ve been to this place 6 times and every time it’s a horrible experience. This place is nasty. They need new management and new employees. The whole place looks dirty. The last time I went was the final straw when they didn’t have any bread, they were out of half the toppings, no cookies, and didn’t have the online order ready on time. Horrible customer service, I will never go back. They need to knock this subway down. there’s a much nicer one right up the street from this one. I will never return.
Counter help (the girl)seemed aggravated and rude to the other employee in front of us the customer.

Food is never fresh! Brown lettuce! It’s always so nasty & salty here. They redid the inside but that wasn’t the problem rude help and nasty old food is.
Ordered 3 footlong subs double meat paid 3.00 extra per sub.Only one had extra meat. Two of them had wrong toppings.This has happened before and I just let it go.Bu t this Subway prob owes me back about 18.00 this year because of this. I tried to go further to the other Subway but it was closed.So now when I call to let them know voice-mail is full.The two times they answered they hung up on me,and the other time they had hooked up the fax macjine.Its too bad they just can't answer the phone and provide a little bit of customer service.I urge everyone to avoid this location, they can't get your order correct ,and then will not fix their errors.
I would have given a ZERO if it had allowed me!! I thought the point of DRIVE THRU was for the convenience of not having to get out of the car!!!! Apparently not at THIS location!! I have a family of 5!!! We ordered FIVE subs, and I was told I had to come in to place that order! Seriously?!! No! I have placed NUMEROUS subway orders for my family and NEVER been asked to come inside. I’m not all about “cancel culture”, but it has become CLEAR in these last few months that Subway needs to be CANCELED! Ridiculous!!!
Had an order through DoorDash. Not only was my sandwich wrapped upside down so I spilled nearly everything all over myself when I picked it up, but they forgot more than half of our order and didn’t get either of our sandwiches right. Like it’s hard....whatever. Super disappointed and they should be expecting a reprimand from corporate.
Food was good. Restaurant was clean. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely go back.
