Wow. Get the guy that you have at the drive thru window out of the window. Seems like he’s on something. Hangs out the window. Hand all over his face mask. Acts like he has no idea you are coming up to pick up an order you just made. Completely out of it. Oh and please stock up on chai. This is at least the third time I’ve been there for chai and you are out. I’d understand if it was a supply chain issue but all the other locations seem to never have this problem.
I’m not sure if this place gets cheaper lids than others, or what, but on several occasions they haven’t fit properly (even after I try to readjust them). That’s always fun…. When ya go to take a drink and the lid comes off….Several employees are very nice. Overall, Starbucks has gotten too expensive though for a simple hot or cold coffee without syrups.
One of my favorite Starbucks. the opening shift partners are especially friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this cafe/location.
Good coffee as always one what different it's serves. Very nice and friendly. We have so good time with you , we happy to faind this location!
The people employed here lack any type of simple common sense skill set. I've tried so many times to get my drink stirred. I guess that's considered rocket science for the baristas at this location ( if they are even baristas) They attempted to hand me this drink at the window. I refused it and asked for them to stir it cause it wasn't stirred ( 2 fingers of syrup )They took it back and still handed it to me un stirred.I spend A LOT of money at Starbucks and in my opinion this location has fallen SO short in preparation of literally the easiest drink that I'm just gonna buy something to make my own at home.3 shots espresso with 5 white mocha pumps.Stirred, over ice.ROCKET SCIENCE
An employee noticed that I had been waiting in the drive thru for a little bit. The employee comp’d my coffee and apologized for the wait. Best experience I’ve had at Starbucks I will be returning to make sure my mornings start off right from now on
I've been here twice the week of Christmas '21. Presently, this location has a fly problem. I have to keep a napkin over my drink to keep the abundant flies from crawling over my lid. I'm swatting them away every couple of minutes. I'm trying to do some computer work while sipping my coffee but I'm about to pack up and leave. Not worth staying until they resolve this.
Another bad experience here. This morning gave me a soggy sandwich and messed up one of the 2 drinks I ordered this morning. Most of the time this store only gives you half a drink and it’s mostly foam. I’ve given them a few tries to get things right. Now I’m done with this location.Also it’s not like they were busy today. No cars in front of me in line and only one behind me. Plus no one inside. They just keep hiring lazy ppl that might do better off at McDonalds.
A little less foam and more milk would be appreciated, as well as the whip cream that’s meant to come with my drink.
Wonderful place! Fast and easy drive through, delicious coffee, and amazing service! Miller was especailly friendly and polite, always warms my day when employees are in a good mood!
