I love this store! Everyone is always super friendly and they remember my drink! They make you feel special every time I go in. Will drive out of my way to go here above the other ones In The area.
I really am not someone who likes to leave bad reviews. I usually only leave good ones but I needed to post my experience because I felt like it was pretty unprofessional today.I ordered at the front, the girl confirmed they had oatmilk before I purchased, and I stepped aside to wait. I'm drinking my shaken espresso and it doesn't taste right at all and honestly isn't even good. I realized it was not oatmilk because it's pretty obvious. So the barista just made it with whatever milk available and just gave it to me so I could leave. If I was vegan and I ordered OATMILK and was given whole milk without warning I'd be pretty upset about that. And when you're paying $6.50 for a cup of coffee....pretty inconsiderate to not even care to give the customer what they ordered. I would have ordered something totally different. Definitely something that needs to be corrected there because that was pretty unprofessional in my opinion.
Look, I understand the world we’re living in now with supply chain and labor issues. Sometimes I come to this location and everything’s fine. Other times, like yesterday, it’s not.Ordered two drinks on the mobile app since the drive thru line was over 10 cars deep. (This was my mistake, as DT clearly gets the priority as other reviews mention)After waiting approximately 15 minutes one of the two drinks was ready (Yay!) another 10 minutes or so goes by and no sign of the other drink. I go stand by the bar to try to get an employees attention. One employee clearly tried to avoid eye contact with me and instead was more interested entertaining and even giving away merchandise to her friends in the store. I finally said excuse me to ask for assistance and was met with some bs line about how there’s a lot of mobile orders and it’ll be ready soon. I said, well my first drink was ready 10 minutes ago so can you at least just go check and make sure the other is in the queue? She walks the length of the counter and comes back without checking on anything (lol). Finally another employee overheard my situation and stepped in to help.Long story short, they forgot!! To make the second drink. Next time I will definitely just stick out the long drive thru line, but there’s gotta be a solution for mobile ordering company wide. If the store is too busy, they have the ability to shut off mobile orders which seems like a decent solution. Also the one employees customer service and friendliness was below par.
Pro Tip. Don’t go inside and order. Go through the drive through or order on the app wayyy ahead of time. They don’t care if you walk in and order, they’ll skip your order and you will sit and sit and sit and wait while they prioritize the drive through and online. 40 minutes before I just asked for a refund. Lesson learned.
I waited for a simple coffee for a very long time. I was so upset that I just walked out. I have tons of friend that are coffee drinkers and "I will make sure" they do not stop in this place. The drive through is priority and the ones inside just have to take it...Not me...I will never go back. It is only over priced coffee anyways!!!!
Horrible service and experience! I ordered online for some loaf cakes which it was in stock online at that particular store. When I got to drive thru they told me they didn’t have an order under my name. Then I showed them my receipt with the order and they told me they were out of the stuff I ordered online. I drove 15 minutes to pick up something they didn’t have. I’m never going back to that Starbucks.
I’ve been overcharged three times at this location and the drinks are never made correctly. I kept going back because this location is close to my house, but each time has been worse than the last.
Definitely seeing issue with supply chain, which I don't blame the employees for at all. Wait times are certainly up with very little accommodations from the app (corporatei ssue). Good accessibility. Have seen the strain on employees. But I think that lies on corporate management and not the store itself. Be prepared to wait during busy times.
Super nice people working but something isn’t right. The barista needs to be trained better. The drinks I get from this location are never good. My son got a tall PSL and the cup wasn’t even half way full. I asked for soy milk in my latte and it tasted disgusting. I order the same drinks from other locations and don’t have an issue.
Went there and after we placed an order they informed us they had no straws. Canceled the order. Hard to drive and enjoy a Frappuccino without a straw. They have a Publix on one side, a Walmart on the other side and another Starbucks not far at all where they could get some. Poor management, dissapointing.
