amazing staff and coffee. i’ve never had any problems at this location, and just today I ordered and because of an accident on my way, I had to reroute. I called and asked them if they could keep my drinks cold, but they insisted on remaking them, and they did when I came in. Very friendly, plus in my opinion the drinks are just made better at this location. Wish i could give more than 5 stars! Super thankful this is the location closest to my house!
Burnt coffee flavor. Overpriced for sure. Why do the masses enjoy this coffee?
My first eight times here, everything went flawlessly--always during the week. Today for the first time, I went on a Sunday and multiple things went wrong. First of all, I waited for my phone to tell me, "It's ready!" and when 15 minutes passed and it still wasn't ready, I went in and continued to wait. They were swamped! Finally, I asked, and they found a hot drink cup in the S section (my name) with "Ask us" on it. (I had ordered an iced drink). The employees discussed this and didn't know why somebody had written that on it. Then they thought they were out of Royal English Breakfast, but the girl decided to look in back and found more. Then she asked me if I was sure I wanted 4 tea bags for a Venti because she said that would be too strong. (I've ordered this drink 8 times before and it was perfect.) I said I was sure. She made the drink a size larger because she said the extra liquid would balance out more tea bags. It wasn't good. And it took half an hour.
Love this location! The staff is incredibly friendly, service is fast, and drinks are always great. Since today is Valentine’s Day they totally made my morning with this sweet message.
This store is by far the slowest inside.....not sure why 5 cars can go through the line and I'm still sitting inside waiting for 2 drinks. This happens often.

I found a curly black hair in my coffee. After i had already finished the majority of it. My hair is not black. I had declined a receipt when I ordered and it was a to-go coffee, so I did not bother going back to complain. Will not return here.

Love it here. Friendly staff and clean. Willingness to help and go out of their way to fix it if something happens to be wrong. They messed up a coffee and made it right with a free coffee gift card and a new coffee.
This is my favorite location! Of course the coffee is good but the attention to detail and friendly staff makes this my favorite. The drive through can be a long wait and on few occasions my coffee was cold but there was no problem having them fix it.
